Hi BD,
Turning to God purifies us?
Really? We do not need to repent and obey Him at all?
That will be a very popular new gospel.September 28, 2009 at 5:06 am#147731bodhithartaParticipantQuote (Nick Hassan @ Sep. 28 2009,14:35) Hi BD,

Turning to God means to turn away from the world(or evil) and that means to repent and become obedient to God, so once again we agree but you will pretend that we don't perhaps?September 28, 2009 at 5:18 am#147732NickHassanParticipantHi BD,
Really?
You redefine repentance too?You must repent and be born again.

How can a man be born again?September 28, 2009 at 5:29 am#147736bodhithartaParticipant“The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
So, How is one born again?

You must be reborn of the Spirit that wrote the sacred scriptures through men.
Your hopeful human additions are a hindrance.September 28, 2009 at 7:59 pm#147782bodhithartaParticipantQuote (Nick Hassan @ Sep. 28 2009,17:34) Hi BD,

Study Ecc 12, Acts 2.38, Jn3, Jn7, 1Peter3 and you will see it is to receive of the Spirit of the living God.
Man's spirit offers only 110 years or less before that cord breaks and the bucket falls into the well but Jesus offers the Spirit unto eternal life[jn7].God does not pour of that Spirit into unclean vessels and all have sinned[rom3] and are unclean in God's sight. Repentance of our godlessness and idolatry and false religion can bring the forgiveness and the inner cleansing in the blood of the lamb[1Peter3, Acts 2] though God can also wash in the Word[Acts 10, Jn15]
Then rebirth of the Spirit of God from above unites us eternally with God in Christ.[Pentecost]

Then how did this happen before pentecost?BTW, That was a good answer

I agree.September 29, 2009 at 12:51 am#147843NickHassanParticipantHi BD,
Then why do oppose the Spirit of God by offering to improve His teachings?September 29, 2009 at 2:18 am#147849bodhithartaParticipantQuote (Nick Hassan @ Sep. 29 2009,12:51) Hi BD,

No need to improve but certainly if clarification wasn't needed we would not have people believing in multiple persons of God or Multi layered Gods and so forth. It has been my experience that The Quran offers that ClaritySeptember 29, 2009 at 2:22 am#147850NickHassanParticipantHi BD,

Tell that to all those who died of the inquisition who were killed because of a confusing interpretation of scripture had they read the Quran and believed thousands or millions would have been spared, If the Jews had read The Quran and believed they would not have had any conflict with the Christians and a hitler would have been impossible.September 29, 2009 at 5:16 am#147869NickHassanParticipantHi BD,

You just don't get it…..but that's okay.God Bless you anyway!
You use to be Catholic, right? but God blessed you anyway, so keep believing with all that you have and more will be given.
