Where in the bible is the statement that goes something like this ; ” they will not be able to tell the difference of the seasons ”
like from summer to winter. or which ever. Is it a myth or truth?January 9, 2007 at 1:13 am#36311942767ParticipantHi thehappyman:
Perphaps a myth because, Genesis 8:22 states: “While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease”.

I have heard this before too, and recently, I'm thinking that it came up in a conversation about the weather here at the moment, it is hard to tell what season it is because our gardens are doing are new thing, and someone mentioned this as a scripture.
Couldn't find any referance in the word search on Biblenet. Would like to know also…anybody???January 10, 2007 at 1:04 am#36434942767ParticipantQuote (Debra @ Jan. 09 2007,08:10) Hi 9

Hi Debra:There is definitely some weird things happening with the weather all over the planet. Perhaps because man is destroying the planet causing what is called “global warming”.
The winter here in North Carolina has been relatively mild this year, but others in the Western part of the United States have had an unusual amount of Snow this winter.
I definitely believe these, along with other things that are taking place in our world today, are signs of the end of this world as we know it, but God said that there would be seasons by the scripture of Genesis that I quoted, and so there will be seasons as long as the world remains.
God Bless
