    Journey,

I admit that everyone has a different measure of knowledge. But if one has been studying for 20 years or more, and his knowledge hasn’t increased, then his growth has been stunted. Jesus promised that if we walk with him, he will give us everything, all the deep secrets (solids), not just the milk.

Jesus feeds his sheep. He doesn’t just feed them with a little milk then leave them. He feeds them the whole way through until they reach maturity, then feeds them some more. It never ends.

If we havn’t received all the solids, then Christ has not given it, but held it back for a reason. If his sheep go to a different shepherd for food, then Christ will stop feeding them.

There is nothing I disagree with in your words but to fully mature in Christ is to be like God in true holiness and righteousness even as he was. Prophecy serves a purpose just like the Law of Mosses did in its time but to let either one get in between you and overcoming the world is foolishness. Those that let the Law of Moses get between them and the goal for which a true Christian strives are mentioned and rebuked in Scripture even the Law is good.

in one way ;the way they behave and live ,and talk ;if they are truthful ,not deceivers, pursue righteousness, holiness, the truth of God to produce godliness ,becoming blameless ,without lies ,

yes those are the true fruits ; but understand with those fruits no one can be different on the inside of him(thoughts and words) ,for from the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks ,

do you believe that Nick ?

    Hi Nick,

I haven’t been able to post on H.Net for some time now because I was given advice since the new format to change my password .. which I did and decided at the same time to change my name .. bad mistake .. conflicting accounts under the same IP address .. so I tried to fix it .. worse mistake .. now had three conflicting names .. so I tried going back to Devolution and the rabbit hole was getting darker and darker!

T8 finally fixed it for me though .. thanks T8.

    Hi Journey.

    You said:

When Christ comes, it will be so bright. The whole sky will be lit up. Not a living soul could miss this event.
Whether people see it on their tv’s or not, the signs will be in the sky, all they have to do is look up, and look around, and the world will witness the destruction of Babylon the great.

    I said:

    Journey. TV’s won’t exist!

You then made comment on the two witnesses.

If we can just go back to your comment about Jesus’ return, I don’t believe anyone will see His return on TV. I believe His return will be sudden and unexpected and all satellites etc will be instantly destroyed.

Nothing will be left standing except for those in Christ. Don’t be deceived into believing life will carry on down here. Those who remain alive will meet Jesus in the air, because that is what scripture says.

    Camillia.

Our focus should be on seeking the kingdom of God; by eating and drinking, the flesh and blood of Christ.
John 6:48–58. Get very hungry, and gorge your self to life everlasting.

    wakeup.

    Hi Wakeup. Yes, thanks.
