all
this will put some light in what it means according to scriptures.
2Co 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!
Gal 6:15 Neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything; what counts is a new creation.Tit 3:5 he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit,
Jn 3:3 In reply Jesus declared, “I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.’”
Jn 3:7 You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.’
1Pe 1:23 For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.SO WHAT IT ALL MEAN= IS IT ALL THE SAME ? OR NOT ?

First we have Jesus talking to Nicodemus ( A JEW) that it takes the act of BORN AGAIN
secondly we have the Peter ( preacher to the Jews) it takes to be BORN AGAIN
THIRD we have Paul (preacher to the gentiles) talks about NEW CREATION AND RENEWAL BY THE Holy SPIRIT,
two are addressed to the Jewish people
one is addressed to the gentile nationsso is there a difference NO
the difference is ONE KNOWS GOD while the other does NOT
but the end result and the process is the same ,is it ??

I understand you to say that one is a new creation when they are born again in the Holy Spirit. What about creation as a whole?

Is all of creation born again through Jesus, Romans 8:18-21?

KerwinRo 8:18 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.
Ro 8:19 The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed.
Ro 8:20 For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope
Ro 8:21 that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God.verse 18 talks for it self
verse 19 talks about the final out come and final act to end dead and restore all things to God.verse 20 talks about the vanity that men has to live in this is by God s choice,in hope that men will repend and be saved.
verse talks about the liberation wen dead itself will be destroyed.
Lk 20:35 But those who are considered worthy of taking part in that age and in the resurrection from the dead will neither marry nor be given in marriage(first pen 144k)
Christ has two pens;one for the 144k and one for the rest of the world (whoever want to believe)Rev 20:4 I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
Rev 20:5 (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection.
Rev 20:6 Blessed and holy are those who have part in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.Phil 3:10 I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death,
Phil 3:11 and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead.Pressing on Toward the Goal
Phil 3:12 Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me.
Phil 3:13 Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead,
Phil 3:14 I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ JesusPierre

you say;;Is all of creation born again through Jesus
====================================
you ask if the rest of the world are saved ??2Pe 2:9 if this is so, then the Lord knows how to rescue godly men from trials and to hold the unrighteous for the day of judgment, while continuing their punishment.
1Pe 4:17 For it is time for judgment to begin with the family of God; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God?
Rev 14:7 He said in a loud voice, “Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea and the springs of water
1Co 11:29 For anyone who eats and drinks without recognizing the body of the Lord eats and drinks judgment on himself.(it is important to inform our self to obtain the knowledge of God and his son)
those scriptures talk for them self and so answer your question.

WEN SCRIPTURES calls unrighteous ,righteous ,wicket , Liars ,deceivers, ect
it as to be understood that those are not individuals but groups of people, IT IS UP TO US BY OUR ACTIONS TO BE ONE OR THE OTHER,SO THE BELIEVE OF DIPPED IN WATER AND BE SAVED IS A FOLKLORE NOT REAL SCRIPTURAL THING.

I believe you must be baptized in faith because without faith you cannot please God, Hebrews 11:6. I also believe that each of us must do as Peter instructs us in Acts 2:38-39 and “Repent and be baptized in faith and water by the authority of Jesus and so God for the forgiveness of our sins”. He also tells us that by doing this we will receive the promise of the Holy Spirit.
I also know Jesus promised the Holy Spirit in Matthew 5:6 and elsewhere and so choose to believe that all he states is true.

Kerwinyou mist my point ,what i am saying is that if you believe because you are baptised you are saved that s is not true.
and many do believe that.
