Quote To Jack and Keith, see my thread on Titus 2:13. We've discussed it many times. Even if you INSIST it MUST be calling Jesus “theos”, so what? He is clearly called “theos” in 1:1, 1:18, and 20:28.
Thank you Mike! You have not disputed that Jesus is called God in Titus 2:13. Now note that Jesus is not merely called “God” in Titus 2:13 but He is called “OUR God.”
You have admitted that Jesus is called God in Jn. 20:28. But note that Thomas said “MY God.”
You have made my day Mikey!

Perhaps you didn't understand what Thomas was saying?
John 14:5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest;
and how can we know the way? (Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and
put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe. John 20:25)How do you 'miss' this connection?
You do understand that God is “IN” Jesus!
John 10:38: But if I do, though ye believe not me,
believe the works: that ye may know,
and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.THOMAS THEREFORE BELIEVED THE WORKS! (John 20:29)
John 20:29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me,
thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.Witnessing to the world in behalf of YHVH! (Psalm 45:17)

Ed,I noticed that you highlighted and bolded that the Father is IN Jesus to the obscurity of the next clause which says that Jesus is IN the Father.
Is the former more true than the latter?

Hi Jack,No obscurity! They are both “equally” true.
But it's The Father in Christ doing the works!
The Father (יהוה האלהים) that dwelleth in me, he
doeth the works. (John 14:10) (SEE: John 10:38)God bless

Hi JackExactly and that is why they wanted to stone Jesus because he claimed that whatever he saw the Father do he also does.
But Jesus answered them, “My Father worketh hitherto, and I work“. Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, “but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God. Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, “these also doeth the Son likewise“. John 5:17-19
It seems they want to stone us for saying Jesus is equal to God like John said he was and that he equally did the works of God.

Hi Jack,That is one of the reasons they sought to kill him.
We are called to do “greater works”; are we NOT?
John 14:12: Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me,
the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these
shall he do; because I go unto my Father.God bless
