Quote 1:1 Yehudah, a servant of Yashuw'ah the Messiah, and brother of Ya`akov, to those who are called, sanctified by G-d the Father, and kept for Yashuw'ah the Messiah: A Servant: Greek Doulos: A Bond – Servant, Servant, Bond – Slave, Slave.
Yehudah calls himself a Slave / Servant to the Annointed One [Yashuw'ah].
Yehudah identifies himself as the brother of Ya`akov.
Yehudah is addressing this letter to those who are called.
Sanctified: Greek Hagiazō: Set Apart, Separate(d), Dedicated, Hallowed.
G-d: Greek Theos: The Only and True G-d, G-d, Lord.
These called out ones are Sanctified by G-d the Father.
Kept / Preserved: Greek Téreó: Guarded, Held, Preserved, Reserved.
And Kept / Preserved for Yashuw'ah the Messiah.
The Father Seperates and Preserves the Saints for the Son His Annointed One.

From the mercy, peace, and love of Yahuweh all our comfort flows, all our real enjoyment in this life, all our hope of a better.
The mercy of Yahuweh is the spring and fountain of all the good we have or hope for; mercy not only to the miserable, but to the guilty.
Next to mercy is peace, which we have from the sense of having obtained mercy.
We can have no true and lasting peace but what flows from our reconciliation with Yahuweh through Yashuw'ah.
As from mercy springs peace, so from peace springs love, his love to us, our love to him, and our brotherly love (forgotten, wretchedly neglected, grace!) to one another.
These the apostle prays may be multiplied, that Christians may not be content with scraps and narrow scantlings of them; but that souls and societies may be full of them.
Yahuweh is ready to supply us with all grace, and a fulness in each grace.
If we are straitened, we are not straitened in him, but in ourselves.

His thought was that when he proposed to write diligently and carefully some need impelled him to write at once, more briefly perhaps than he had purposed.
He exhorts to contend for the faith delivered once for all, the faith without innovation, the gospel of the apostles in distinction from the adulterations of false teachers.
The goal of this epistle, is to affirm the godly as opposed to certain wicked men both in true doctrine and good conduct.
Of those things that pertain to the salvation of all of us.
That you should defend the faith with all the strength you can muster, both by true doctrine and good example of life.
Which was once given, that it may never be changed.
Note: The doctrine of a progressive revelation after the apostles is not found in the New Testament.
All the fundamental truths. By Yahuweh, to remain unvaried for ever.
{1} constraint was upon me, i.e. of the Spirit.

The anointing faith of the Christ remains under attack from every direction.
Some try to resurrect Judaism while others offer new and useless ways.January 2, 2010 at 2:36 am#167754ConstitutionalistParticipantQuote 1:4 For there are certain men who crept in secretly, even those who were long ago written about for this condemnation: ungodly men, turning the grace of our G-d into lasciviousness, and denying our only Master, G-d, and Lord, Yeshua the Messiah. Men who have crept in without their character being understood. Who were before of old ordained. Whose coming was predicted and whose lives were placed under condemnation. Jude 1:14; Jude 1:17.
It was also about these men that Enoch, in the seventh generation from Adam, prophesied, saying, “Behold, the Lord came with many thousands of His holy ones, . . But you, beloved, ought to remember the words that were spoken beforehand by the apostles of our Lord Yashuw'ah HaMoshiach,
It is by Yahuweh's providence and not by chance, that many wicked men creep into the Church.
He condemns this first in them, that they take opportunity or occasion to wax wanton, by the grace of Yahuweh: which cannot be, but the chief empire of the Lord Yashuw'ah HaMoshiach must be cancelled, in that such men give themselves up to Satan, whom they call Libertines.
Act 6:9 Then there arose certain of the synagogue, which is called [the synagogue] of the Libertines, and Cyrenians, and Alexandrians, and of them of Cilicia and of Asia, disputing with Stephen.
To this condemnation. This condemnation which comes on all the ungodly.
Turning the grace of our Yahuweh into lasciviousness.
Of the gospel, instead of self restraint they live lascivious lives.
The warrant for this was found in the freedom of the children of Yahuweh.
From the very times of the apostles there have been Antinomians who have held that what was sin to others might be permitted to the sanctified.
They asserted that the Spirit was not defiled by the sins of the body.
Denying the only Lord Yahuweh, and our Lord Yashuw'ah HaMoshiach.
Their denial of Yashuw'ah was a denial that he was Holy and in the flesh. These sectaries held that the flesh was wholly sinful.
Even as early as Enoch; of whom it was foretold, that by their wilful sins they would incur this condemnation. Turning the grace of Yahuweh. Into an occasion of more abandoned wickedness.
Quote Acts 11:23 Then when he arrived and witnessed the grace of Yahuweh, he rejoiced and began to encourage them all with resolute heart to remain true to the Lord; Galatians 2:4 But it was because of the false brethren secretly brought in, who had sneaked in to spy out our liberty which we have in Yashuw'ah HaMoshiach, in order to bring us into bondage.
2 Timothy 2:12 If we endure, we will also reign with Him; If we deny Him, He also will deny us;
2 Timothy 3:6 For among them are those who enter into households and captivate weak women weighed down with sins, led on by various impulses,
Titus 1:16 They profess to know Yahuweh, but by their deeds they deny Him, being detestable and disobedient and worthless for any good deed.
1 Peter 2:8 and, “A STONE OF STUMBLING AND A ROCK OF OFFENSE”; for they stumble because they are disobedient to the word, and to this doom they were also appointed.
2 Peter 2:1 But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will also be false teachers among you, who will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing swift destruction upon themselves.
2 Peter 2:7 and if He rescued righteous Lot, oppressed by the sensual conduct of unprincipled men
1 John 2:22 Who is the liar but the one who denies that Yashuw'ah is the HaMoshiach? This is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son.

There is no JESUS mentioned here, remember the last verse. Now he is telling his listeners to REMEMBER back:
Quote 1:5 Now I desire to remind you, though you already know this, that the Lord, having saved a people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who didn't believe. Remind: Hupomimnéskó: To cause (one) to remember, to remind, bring to remembrance, recall to mind: to another, to put one in remembrance, admonish, of something.
Translate, “I wish to remind you, as knowing ALL (namely, that I am referring to; so the oldest manuscripts, versions, and Fathers) once for all.” As already they know all the facts once for all, he needs only to “remind” them.
He presents the horrible punishment of those who have abused the grace of Yahuweh to follow their own lusts.
Of how Yahuweh speaks judgments on sinners.
That the Lord. . . destroyed them that believed not. Having saved the people out of Egypt, the people were destroyed for their sins in the wilderness. Numbers 14:29
The far greater part of that very people whom he had once saved. Let none therefore presume upon past mercies, as if he was now out of danger.
Trinitarians like to state that the word “Lord” here represents the Sacrificial Lamb of 'Elohim [Yashuw'ah HaMoshiach] was the one whom saved Moses and his people from Egypt through the forty years in the desert up to Mount Sinai.
You really think this was Yashuw'ah HaMoshiach?
Quote Act 7:25, 30-44 For he supposed his brethren would have understood how that Yahuweh by his hand would deliver them: but they understood not. . . And when forty years were expired, there appeared to him in the wilderness of mount Sina an angel of the Lord in a flame of fire in a bush. When Moses saw, he wondered at the sight: and as he drew near to behold, the voice of the Lord came unto him, I the Yahuweh of thy fathers, the Yahuweh of Abraham, and the Yahuweh of Isaac, and the Yahuweh of Jacob. Then Moses trembled, and durst not behold. Then said the Lord to him, Put off thy shoes from thy feet: for the place where thou standest is holy ground. I have seen, I have seen the affliction of my people which is in Egypt, and I have heard their groaning, and am come down to deliver them. And now come, I will send thee into Egypt. This Moses whom they refused, saying, Who made thee a ruler and a judge? the same did Yahuweh send a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the angel which appeared to him in the bush. He brought them out, after that he had shewed wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red sea, and in the wilderness forty years. This is that Moses, which said unto the children of Israel, A prophet shall the Lord your Yahuweh raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear. This is he, that was in the church in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sina, and our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us: To whom our fathers would not obey, but thrust from them, and in their hearts turned back again into Egypt, Saying unto Aaron, Make us gods to go before us: for this Moses, which brought us out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him. And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice unto the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands. Then Yahuweh turned, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices forty years in the wilderness? Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon. Our fathers had the tabernacle of witness in the wilderness, as he had appointed, speaking unto Moses, that he should make it according to the fashion that he had seen. June 9, 2018 at 9:51 pm#830519NickHassanParticipantHi,
Jude was concerned that converts had brought strange teachings into the church that allowed depravity and denied Jesus Christ. His letter was written to warn the children to stand firm against these false teachings. We still have false teachers denying Jesus Christ and preferring the teachings of the Old Testament over his.
Matt 13.52
Therefore every scribe who has become a disciple of the kingdom of heaven is like a head of a household, who brings out of his treasure things old and new.
Lk 5.39
And no one, after drinking old wine wishes for new; for he says ‘ The Old is good enough’
