The point of being Christian
Is believing that God the Son – Jesus Christ came down to die for our sins.
If you don't believe in Jesus then you can't call yourself Christian. The closest thing to a Religion you are is Jewish/Judaism because they believe in The Father not Jesus
Make of this what you will
No one can force you to believe

Where did you find these odd ideas?
Jesus is the Son of God.
God sent him.Why should we follow you?
Jesus showed us the way.

In church. My daughter attends a Baptist church on Wednesday nights (their AWANA group for kids). They are currently teaching on the Trinity. It makes absolutely no sense to my daughter!! I am remaining quiet. I'm listening and observing her. She is frustrated with head in hand as she tries to do the lesson. She comes to me many times asking such things as, “Isn't a Dad supposed to be older than the kid?”. Yup. And, “How can Jesus be God when the bible says that the Father is God. If the Father is God, than Jesus is the Son – they are two people…..”. It just goes on and on.
Where do people get these ideas? Indoctrination.
I'm explaining to my daughter about the seed and fruit. It is possible to spit out the seed and enjoy the fruit. Now she's not so stressed about understanding something that makes no sense to her mind.

Maybe I could recommend a good Catholic church?A Sola Scriptura church is hardly the place to go to make sense of the Bible. IMO
Or…I'd be pleased as punch to refer you to an Orthodox church. How would that set with you?

Mandy! Maybe you can tell Her that it all started in the Roman Universal Church, in A.D.324 when Constantine established it in his empire. (Roman) It is all in History Books.
Maybe and I just thought about that, to google Constantine.
I know how frustrated that is, I did so long ago now.

We used to be Catholic until we started to read the Bible.
First they believe in the trinity. Communion is a literal Body and Blood of Christ. They worsghip Maria the Mother of Christ, and pray to Her. They believe that She stayed a Virgin. The Mass is a Scrafice, each time they say it. They say the Rosery. 10 our Fathers and 10 Hail Maria's.
It goes like this:” Hail Maria Motherof God blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus, Hail Maria pray for us now and at the hour of our death. Amen
What an abomination to God our Heavenly Father. Only to Him we pray and ask in Christ's name.

Although I believe the AKJV to be the most accurate bible (and anointed of God) we English people possess, it still has errors. The reason it has errors are obvious, they are…1) Translational errors (from one language to another)
2) Human error (which accounts for most errors in any accident situation, including the bible)
3) Corruption errors (preconceived ideas of theology, which corrupts many modern translations)
4) The strict “word for word” AKJV translating parameters has even created errors. (An example of this type of error is found in Ex. 3:14.)The standardized translation of ‘I am that I am’ can be proven to be wrong; while the N.W.T. version (Jehovah Witnesses’ bible) has this phrase (אהיה אשר אהיה) translated correctly.
N.W.T version Exodus 3:14: At this God said to Moses: “I SHALL PROVE TO BE WHAT I SHALL PROVE TO BE”
And headed: “This is what you are to say to the sons of Israel, “I SHALL PROVE TO BE has sent me to you.”The AKJV linguists MISTAKENLY copied what the Greek Septuagint says in this verse; because they were left with a dilemma. They were under strict orders to do only a word for word translation.
The AKJV linguists successfully translated the phrase אהיה into “I WILL” hundreds of times in the “Old Testament”. The AKJV translators also [added words]
(which they italicized) to aid in translational differences; they did this practice throughout the bible SO AS TO NOT CORRUPT IT!Neither of these possible phrases MAKE ANY SENSE in English.
“I will that I will”
“I will what I will”
Therefore, the AKJV linguists should have translated אהיה אשר אהיה into “I WILL [BE] WHAT I WILL [BE]”; and this can be proven! The phrase ‘i am’ cannot be translated back into Hebrew. The Hebrew language does not have a word for coincidence, and because of this they don’t believe there is such a thing, only Devine intervention.
As a matter of the Hebrew-Speaking people believe that if they don’t have a word for something, than it doesn’t exist; bacause ‘i am’ is the product of man!And now because of this AKJV translational error; all modern versions have copied this erroneous idea. And now ‘i am’ has even become the false god of religion.

The one thing that I have never liked about a Brethren in Christ, that they will judge!!! How do you know that you only have the truth? We all fall short of the glory of God, and nobody is saved yet. If you believe in the trinity, you should go on the trinity tread and learn.

It could be taken like I am judging
Although ultimately the only thing ANYONE can do is to share the gospel
It is up to them as to whether they believe or not
Denying Christ has severe consequences
There is often confusion sent amongst children of God
Though NOBODY can force anyone to believe
It is a choice
All of us would be judged
All of us will meet God whether we like it or not
We can only share the Gospel and leave it up to them as to if they believe or not
Pray that God would reach all of us
For many have been deceived, are being deceived
Being a child of God, Seeking Wisdom, Guards us from such deception
Ultimately people do not live forever
When we die, we will learn the truth
The thing is you have to believed that you have been saved
For such words “We all fall short of the glory of God, and nobody is saved yet”
It would seem that you have not put oon your helmet: Ephesians 6 (Armour of God)
Though instead of holding steadfast to the truth, we argue amongst ourselves
If you do not believe you do not believe.
Doubting Jesus
Questioning the validity of The Bible
Lead to dangerous paths
May God watch over all of us in Jesus name. Amen

You do say that we should believe in Christ, and most here do.
Otherwise you would not be able to post in the believers section.
I don't understand that what you mean by understanding the truth? Do you mean the trinity doctrine or what? You don't make yourself clear. We all know what the Gospel is. We have but one God and one Savior Jesus Christ, who came and died for us, so we can live. If you believe that Nick is a non-believer you are dead wrong. He is one of the Administrators here. We should all have respect for Him, He does a good job.
And you believe what? Christ is God's Son, Not God Himself.
And there are plenty of Scriptures that show us that the trinity is false.
