The Spirit of anointing was not poured into this man till the Jordan.

 

We should not be surprised by the complexity of The Spirit.

The testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of prophecy

The emphasis of heb 12 and the reflections in Is 42 show the result of the parenting work of God in the early life of Jesus.

God would not have usurped the role if Joseph had been his physical father.

It was this work ensuring his obedience to the Law that made him sinless and fit for the treasure of the Spirit to be filled into him at the Jordan.

Neither. What I’m doubting that the spirit of Christ fathered Christ.
I had thought that I had made that point abundantly clear by now.

So when the bible uses the term “The Father of Spirits”,
YOU SAY that term applies to “the spirit of Christ”;
have I expressed YOUR VIEW on this correctly?

Christ is not a personal name but refers to anointing.

The Father is the father of Jesus by His Spirit.

Christ is a “title” not a name. And it’s recorded
in the bible that Jesus was given this title at birth.
Here’s Gabriel’s announcement of Jesus birth…

“For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.” (Luke 2:11)

and these guys in (Matt 2:4) what are they doing looking for a birthed Christ anyway for? didn’t they
know that Jesus hadn’t been baptized yet? You of course can believe whatever you want, Nick.
I can show you all the specific verses that has formed my view, these are are only 2 of them.

“And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together,
he demanded of them where Christ should be born.” (Matt 2:4)
