I realize 100% that we should believe the Word of God as faithful and true. I've always believed that Hell is a place of torment and not just a fiery end to the soul. Reading through these testimonies have convinced me that Hell is real and eternal full of torment and misery.
Just copy and then paste these to your internet explorer browser.

*I ask that you keep an open mind and remember this: Who are we to judge if any of these testimonies are true and faithful and really visions from God?
July 9, 2007 at 2:40 pm#58888kenrchParticipantWhatever Chap, you see I won't be thrown into the lake of fire. But I don't believe my Father will burn His children forever no matter how evil they are. Would you burn your evil child forever or put him out of his misery?
I would do the latter. How much more mercy will the Father show?

July 9, 2007 at 3:14 pm#58893IM4TruthParticipantHi Chap
I can appreciate the sincerity of people that say and write these things; and I don't want to sound offensive, but, sincerity doesn't make it truth.
I have not read that book and don't know what scriptures the writer is referring to, that were so convincing to the reader.
Paul warns us to be very careful of whom and what we believe;2 Cor. 11:14 “And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.”
v. 15 “Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.”It is our responsibility to prove all things;
1 Thes. 5:21 “Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.”
If, what the writer of that book claims is true, then a lot of scriptures are false.
The biggest lie Satan ever told was;Gen. 3:4 “And the serpent said unto the woman, ye shall not surely die.”
That lie is still being taught today. It totally contradicts what the bible teaches;
Gen. 2:7 “And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul.”
Job 33:4 “The Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty has given me life.”The breath of God gave man life, not a soul. And even if we had a soul; does anyone believe;
Ez. 18:20 “The soul that sinneth, it shall die,…”
OR;
Mat. 10:28 “And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy (destroy, destroy, destroy) both soul and body in hell.”
If hell was a place of fire, does fire preserve? NO, it destroys.
Hear is what the bible says, will happen when you die;Ps. 88:10 “Wilt thou show wonders to the dead? Shall the dead arise and praise thee?”
v. 11 “Shall thy lovingkindness be declared in the grave? Or thy faithfulness in destruction?”
v. 12 “Shall thy wonders be known in the dark? And thy righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?”
Ps. 104:29 “Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled, thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust.”
Ps. 115:17 “The dead praise not the LORD, neither any that go down into silence.”
Eccl. 3:19 “For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man has no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity.”
v. 20 “All go unto one place, all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again.”
Eccl. 9:5 “For the living know that they shall die: BUT THE DEAD KNOW NOT ANY THING, neither have they any more a reward;; for the memory of them is forgotten.”According to Eccl. 3:20, if men go to hell so do animals.
There is nothing immortal in us or about us, only God has immortality;1 Tim. 6:16 “Who only has immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can aproach unto; whom no man has seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting, Amen.”
Whoever lied to us having a soul, had to come with another lie were it was going. Hell sure sounds like a scary place; the question is; who was the one that came back and told us about it?
It seems to me the writer of that book must have read, “Dante's Inferno”.No, I don't judge no body, instead I prove all things. If the bible says different, I know it is not the bible that is wrong.
God bless you Chap

There is the possibility that this is guinuine truth.

How do you explain this then?

The old heavens that once were, were unrighteousness could enter, Even Satan him self, This was the Age of returning to dust, All men returned to corruption until the day of Christ, the days begun as the earth would burn as an oven, and s the souls would perish, and be removed from the earth, torment, as goes after the seed of the woman, these days will end also after each soul that has ever been created, attends the these judgment days, A very hot consuming fire, of one Man who has deceived the Nations, by transforming himself into Light, and his works shall be revealed, after the earth has become a desolate of the truth and words of God, shall they then see back whom has done a great evil.Satan is cast to the earth, also the New Jeruslem desends to recive the prisons, that have been set free.
Isa 14:3 ¶ And it shall come to pass in the day that the LORD shall give thee rest from thy sorrow, and from thy fear, and from the hard bondage wherein thou wast made to serve,
That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased! The LORD hath broken the staff of the wicked, [and] the sceptre of the rulers. He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, [and] none hindereth. The whole earth is at rest, [and] is quiet: they break forth into singing.
Yea, the fir trees rejoice at thee, [and] the cedars of Lebanon, [saying], Since thou art laid down, no feller is come up against us. Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet [thee] at thy coming: it stirreth up the dead for thee, [even] all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations. All they shall speak and say unto thee, Art thou also become weak as we? art thou become like unto us?
Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, [and] the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee. How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! [how] art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! :13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
Yet thou shalt be *brought down to hell,* to the sides of the pit. They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, [and] consider thee, [saying, Is] this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms; [That] made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; [that] opened not the house of his prisoners? All the kings of the nations, [even] all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house. But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, [and as] the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet. Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land, [and] slain thy people: the seed of evildoers shall never be renowned.
Prepare slaughter for his children for the iniquity of their fathers; that they do not rise, nor possess the land, nor fill the face of the world with cities. ¶ For I will rise up against them, saith the LORD of hosts, and cut off from Babylon the name, and remnant, and son, and nephew, saith the LORD. I will also make it a possession for the bittern, and pools of water: and I will sweep it with the besom of destruction, saith the LORD of hosts. ¶ The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, [so] shall it stand: That I will break the Assyrian in my land, and upon my mountains tread him under foot: then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders. This [is] the purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth: and this [is] the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations. For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul [it]? and his hand [is] stretched out, and who shall turn it back? In the year that king Ahaz died was this burden.
Rejoice not thou, whole Palestina, because the rod of him that smote thee is broken: for out of the serpent's root shall come forth a cockatrice, and his fruit [shall be] a fiery flying serpent. And the firstborn of the poor shall feed, and the needy shall lie down in safety: and I will kill thy root with famine, and he shall slay thy remnant. Howl, O gate; cry, O city; thou, whole Palestina, [art] dissolved: for there shall come from the north a smoke, and none [shall be] alone in his appointed times.
¶ What shall [one] then answer the messengers of the nation? That the LORD hath founded Zion, and the poor of his people shall trust in it.charity
July 9, 2007 at 10:18 pm#58958charityParticipantNow subject to… that if you don’t want to be a worker of Hell, holding prisoners captive, by deceitful doctrines, that all should humble themselves, and fear the lord thy God, with all thy heart, and obey Isa 9:7 Of the increase of [his] government and peace [there shall be] no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.
Unless we do a complete turn, and head back towards King David, hearts righteous, instead many have moved off from the cross, setting up new doctrines, If you do this, the doctrine that have been set up by those who moved forward will have power to destroy. instead of turning around return to the garden of Eden, Thru the Flames.. a Mirrored oasis up ahead, for those that have a compass that works
With great fear your heratage is in the hands of King David,The Nations have not feared his Name, No one has heard, and these things shall end in Gods fury.
Psa 61:5 For thou, O God, hast heard my vows: thou hast given [me] the heritage of those that fear thy name.
Psa 61:6 Thou wilt prolong the king's life: [and] his years as many generations. Hsa 3:5 Afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek the LORD their God, and David their king; and shall fear the LORD and his goodness in the latter days.
Psa 61:7He shall abide before God for ever: O prepare mercy and truth, [which] may preserve him.
So will I sing praise unto thy name for ever, that I may daily perform my vows.Isa 14:3 ¶ And it shall come to pass in the day that the LORD shall give thee rest from thy sorrow, and from thy fear, and from the hard bondage wherein thou wast made to serve,
That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased! Mat 22:2 The kingdom of heaven is like unto a “certain king”, *which made a marriage* “for his son”*
,*which made a marriage* “for his son”*,(King David or God?)And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come. Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and [my] fatlings [are] killed, and all things [are] ready: come unto the marriage.
But they made light of [it], and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise: And the remnant took his servants, and entreated [them] spitefully, and slew [them]. But when the king heard [thereof], he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city. Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy. Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage. So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests. And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment: And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless. Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast [him] into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. For many are called, but few [are] chosen.July 9, 2007 at 10:33 pm#58964IM4TruthParticipantHi Chap , and thanks
If I don't answer this correctly , I run the risk of being labeled judgemental.
None of us want to believe that our ministers are ministers of Satan. However, if any preach contrary to the word of God, read what Paul had to say;Gal. 1:9 “As we said before, so I say now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.”
I too used to believe that becoming a minister was a calling, not any more. You study to be a minister, just as you would to be a lawyer or doctor, etc. After that you go and apply for a ministering position, at a denomination of your choice.
The Apostles never went to a seminar, in fact, people thought of them as being unlearned;Acts 4:13 “Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.”
There are many ministers that are very sincere in what they're doing, no doubt, but sincerity is not enough;
Mat. 7:22 “Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?”
v. 23 “And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”Those are very harsh words, and we should all meditate on them.
Jesus told the woman on the well;John 4:23 “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.”
v. 24 “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.”If you don't have the truth, you worship in vain;
Mat. 15:9 “But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.”
Men will preach the gospel for many reasons, but it is the listeners responsibility to sift it all out. Remember the Bereans, Acts 10, they checked out the Apostles.
Take no man's word for it, take God's word for it.God bless you Chap

I agree with you wholeheatedly.
I love my pastor and he has over the years become my best friend. But I will no longer
believe some of his interpretations of scriptures. He teaches what he was taught to teach
in seminary.I have meditated over Matt 7:22 in the past, and come to the conclusion that
Jesus was referring to preachers who teach a false gospel, among others.Bless you IM4thruth. You are on the right track.

So you mean to say that the soul indicated and spoken of often in Scripture means life? I've seen these as two seperate words throughout Scripture. Maybe God just wanted to use a variety of words? Without a soul you can't be living, correct? Ahhh this is indicative that animals have souls as well, because they are living.July 29, 2007 at 10:26 pm#62177acertainchapParticipantQuote (t8 @ July 15 2007,00:46) Eternal punishment in hell?
