From the age of 15 I was a stoner kid.. under the bondage of a lustful spirit,  astrology/witchcraft/ drugs, etc. At the age of 18, right before I turned 19, the Father was let himself known to me. I started going to a non-denominational church, but quickly realized I was different from everyone else– Where was the fire for the Father? Why did they keep worshiping this one named Jesus? So, I left that church- Went into solitude and the Father had me meet up with my only at the moment known brother. So with his the Father's help through him, I got a job as a server at Bennigan's, left college, left my natural family, left all that was old and went to San Jose, California to become something new. Left there after two months lol, it was so cold! From there we decided we'd go to Miami Beach. In Miami, I picked up a profession as a Sushi Chef. After many months of bickering and fighting between my brother Derrick and I.. we split up.. I am so grieved by all that has happened between us, it hurts me. We could hardly ever get along.. I cannot say it was his fault or mine, because I don't want to blame anyone, and we both have a part to do in it so I will just leave it at, may we both be forgiven.  After about 6 months Derrick came to live with me again in Florida and we left to go back to Texas. We have splitten up again because of disagreements, arguments and oh man honestly it just really hurts me. May the Father help in that whole situation because it is out of my hands. Regardless, I am in Houston, Texas now working as a Sushi Chef. I love to play golf, create worship music, listen to worship music, chill out and lounge around =P, love art, painting, drawing, poetry and the outdoors! Fishing, hunting, camping, etc. So theres a little about myself =P. I am at peace in the Son of God through the Father. I thank Him for everything, know I am nothing without him and know that I myself can do nothing on my own. My daddy, hes the coolest- wow, I can just only see a glimpse of all the evil i've done and how he is soooooo protective over me. I only want to please Him, may it be that I resist my flesh, resist selfishness and follow what he desires of me. =)

Just a little info for you.

There is a category in this site called “Believers Place”. This is only for believers and great discussions can be had here without interruptions from non-believers. Anyone member can post in the other categories and there are atheists and even some who mock. So if you get a bad reception from some, then that might be the reason. Of course you may want to dialogue with such, that is up to you.

I sort of see Believers Place as a place where you can have some serious discussions on scripture, and outside of that, you are able to debate/help others who may not believe.

By believers, do you mean the ones who truely believe God sent his Son or ones who believe in the trinity. I was hoping to find a place for people who strictly believe in the One God of Israel who Sent his Son יהושע Messiah.

I'm seeing mixed views so far.. I am not a Christian, but just a Son of the Father and please correct me if I'm wrong but to be a 'Christian' you must believe in the trinity?

brent, you will maybe not find others who believe exactly as you do, but you will find many here who deny the Trinity, I am not one of them, but they have all sorts of convoluted theories about who Jesus is, since He is called “God” in the Scriptures, and since the Holy Spirit is described as both a person and as God as well, they have to come up with some kind of explanation, unless of course you think the Scriptures contradict themselves, then you are free to make up just about any religion you want to….. but if you take the Scriptures seriously, as infallible and inerrant, well lets just say its very interesting for me, as a Christian, to see the anti-Trinitarians arguing amongst themselves trying to explain these things…..

and you are right, thanks for being so honest about it, they and you should not be called “Christians”…anyone who denies the trinity is not a Christian in any sense of the historical classical understanding of the word…. I really and truly appreciate you pointing that out…. few are so honest…
