    Hi,
    Christ lived a very short time on this earth and his travels did not take him far. He was heard by some few gentiles but his ministry was to the Jewish people.

    So by the time he was heard about by most outside of Israel he was already dead and raised to heaven. Peter and Paul then brought the gospel of Jesus crucified and raised to glory and relied on the empowering of their words by the Spirit of God, and the works done through them by God, to establish these truths.

    They left their writings too also empowered with the Spirit of truth to the ones called by God into Christ. Only then were the treasures of the OT spoken to the jews able to be shared with the gentiles.

    Malachi 1:11
    For from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same my name shall be great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered unto my name, and a pure offering: for my name shall be great among the heathen, saith the LORD of hosts.

    Hi,
    So this is the first message Peter spoke to the gentiles having previously spoken to the Jewish people at Pentecost.
    Acts 10
    34Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:

    35But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.

    36The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:)

    37That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached;

    38How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

    39And we are witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem; whom they slew and hanged on a tree:

    40Him God raised up the third day, and shewed him openly;

    41Not to all the people, but unto witnesses chosen before God, even to us, who did eat and drink with him after he rose from the dead.

    42And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead.

    43To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.

    44While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.

    Hi ,
    Cornelius had been led by God to seek the blessing of the gospel and the response from God was amazing.

    Paul rather walked uninvited into the den of worldiness and philosophy at Athens with a similar message and God took a smaller crop.

    Acts 17
    22Then Paul stood in the midst of Mars' hill, and said, Ye men of Athens, I perceive that in all things ye are too superstitious.

    23For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you.

    24God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands;

    25Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;

    26And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

    27That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:

    28For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

    29Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device.

    30And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:

    31Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

    32And when they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some mocked: and others said, We will hear thee again of this matter.

    33So Paul departed from among them.

    Hi,
    We are blessed that God gave us gentiles a chance to be grafted into the root of Israel.
    We too must repent and be reborn of water and the Spirit.
