…no matter whether you are commanded to kill people? You would be a very useful automaton in a totalitarian regime. In fact I think that is the role you are playing. The regime is an imaginary one though.Stuart

Then why do you prefer humanism?
Because my moral compass is aligned with justice, peace and happiness for humans and other species. Why does it have to be difficult?

Yes. It is hard wired and modified by the culture of upbringing. It has been that way for humans for 90 times longer than the history of christianity.Stuart

So your present servitude is all about your hope to rule one day? What a selfish thought. Its all about you?March 21, 2008 at 8:18 am#84464NickHassanParticipantHi Stu,

Are you answering your own posts now Nick? You can be the judge of human quality if you want. That is what Adolf did too. Your assessment of humanity is so miserable that I don't give it much currency.

Did you mean Hi kj again? My offering will here will be inherently negative because you believe things that I don't. However isn't it interesting that my view of humans is more positive than yours! Shows you just how anti-human christian fundamentalism really is.

How has that savior improved anything, seriously? Is the world a better place now than before Jesus came? Did not the death of Jesus result in the death of thousands — perhaps even millions — of other people afterwards? Christians killing Jews, Trinitarians killing Unitarians, Catholics and Protestants killing each other…March 21, 2008 at 12:42 pm#84472kejonnParticipantQuote (Nick Hassan @ Mar. 21 2008,03:18) Hi Stu,
