The “Sun” was created on “The FIRST Day” along with the earth, and the rotation of the earth.

“The firmament”, created on day 2, is “the atmosphere”.
Pierre, there is no day or night without a sun and a orbit.

this is were all the solar systems planets suns have been created I mean the entire universe, raw as we can see it with our electronics today,

but the creation of the transformation of the earth this starts here ;

God created the physical laws of light; as there was no light but him previously. All was darkness and night. The Sun is just a source of light.

Since there was no Sun the night/day cycle was not speaking of the night/day cycle of Earth.
