Hi All!
The Following is another Anti-Trinitarian fallacy used by the children of Arius!
Quote (martian @ Mar. 29 2010,11:55)
WJ can claim all he wants that he is not a follower of Constantine but his theological theories fall in line with Constantine’s same substance dogma. The statement made by martian is circular reasoning, for there are many things that martian and his theological views agree on with the Catholic Church or Constantine’s faith.
For instance the Catholics believe in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. They also believe in the eminent return of Jesus Christ. They also believe in the scriptures as being the inspired word of God.
Unless of course martian says he does not believe these things then his argument is circular.
The biggest reason for this fallacy that the Anti-Trinitarians argue is that the scriptures that they quote from and what they believe is from the Catholic scriptures, for it is the Catholics that preserved the earliest manuscripts and it is the Catholics that put together the Cannon that they trust in.
To argue that just because one believes in the Trinity that they are Catholic or Constantinian is a straw man when in fact their own faith is based on Catholic scriptures.
We refer to them as Anti-Trinitarians because in fact that is what they are. We refer to them as children of Arius because it is a fact and even proven by the writings of the followers of Arius that he didn’t believe in the Deity of Christ and rejected the Trinity and was called a Heritic and exiled!
Blessings WJ
