I recently made a comment about Martian speaking “through the meds” again for which I have been justly criticized. It clearly was an inappropriate statement and I have apologized for it and do apologize once again.
However, Martian in the past has used his illness as an excuse to belittle others. This is clearly evident in a thread he started inwhich he threw a tantrum being unkind to others here. This is the historical context for my remark, “are you speaking through the meds again?” I am not making an excuse for what I said.
In that thread Martian without provocation attacked me first for my beliefs and he persisted to attack others as well. He said that he just wanted to stir things up. Here are some examples:

Hey Thethinker, you still teaching that Anti-Christ doctrine of God becoming a man?
Hey lightenup. How about you? Ypou still trying to figure out waht happened to all of Christ memories from His pre-existence? LOL
Come on. You gotta do better then this or I’ll go back to the other place and play Mario Brothers. Accomplishes about the same. Just need to decide which is more entertaining.
Afterwards Irene replied with kindness and Martian attacked her too. He said:Quote Well you just stay right here. That is fine. As long as you stay here your silly doctrines can do no effectual harm to real Christianity. BUT THANKS FOR THE ENTERTAINMENT. LOL

You know you apologized and I accepted it but this smells of justifying your comments.
Even if everything were true of the motives behind what I said, do you return evil for evil? Does one wrong justify another? do you justify your wrong actions by pointing out the wrong of others?
You would have been better off dropping it and it would have been forgotten in a day.I am not going to justify my actions. I still see this forum as entertainment. If I was not in a temporary wheelchair I would not be on it. I do not believe this is a viable way to teach or establish doctrine. Most who attend these forums are here to debate and not to learn.
And I fully admit to stirring things up. So what?

I thought a little more about this thread. Your comments buried on the other thread could be forgotten. My health issues are not a matter of discussion on this forum, especially on it's own thread. I have enough to del with without have my health be made a public joke and then have the joker attempt to justify his comments.
thethinker you are digging a big hole. Be careful you do not get buried in it.
You say you are not excusing your actions and then go on to list excuses for your actions.
I am not going to apologize for calling the Trinity or the deity of Christ an anti-Christ doctrine. It is!!!
Christ = the anointed one. clearly speaking of his humanity. Man needs an anointing not God.
When you augment Christ into a dual natured creature or call him deity you work against the humanity of christ.
It is an illusion to call christ both God and man. It cannot be said without causing multiple contradictions (unless you pull out the mystery card)
Anti the true and complete humanity of Christ = anti Christ.

The fact that I was once known as “music4two” on this thread has been dealt with a long time ago. I repented to the board and to God. It has been dropped by everyone except you and WJ. You seem to think it is quite acceptable to drag it up from under the blood as if I was not forgiven that mistake. I know another creature that loves to drag my sins up from under the blood. It does not justify my comment. It shows that my remark did not indicate a lack of concern about your health. It bothered me that my remark caused people to think that I was not concerned about your health. I prayed for you man.Btw, I did this thread before I discovered that you accepted my apology. Anyway, you said many times that you are here for entertainment. You also said this:

At this point I still think of this venue as entertainment.
There was a time when I posted my beliefs to see if anyone could reasonably counter them. I found no counters at all. still have found none.
I have dealt with the scriptures pertaining to the supposed deity of Christ and the Trinity many times over and over again. It is a bore to do it again. I really wish someone would come up with something other then the same old dog and pony show. It has got to the point that I have just saved my posts on certain subjects and just repost them when the scripture comes up again. Why bother typing the same explanations over and over for people that are not willing to reasonably consider them.IMO it is a problem with the dumbing down of our nation. People are not taught to think critically. they can say that a being is one and yet three and see no contradiction. They can say God cannot change his character and then say he can become a being capable of sin and see no contradiction. they can say that Christ is our example and then make him something other then completely human, making the example invaled. These are examples of less then critical thinking. All of these types statements cause non resolvable contradictions.
All of the old tricks are at use here. A scripture is posted that supposedly proves the Trinity. I explain the scripture using proper hermaneutics that should at least cause doubt and instead of admitting it the poster moves to another scripture. there is nothing resolved. It's the old hopscotch and hide method.
People use there English bibles as if Paul wrote in english and they refuse to accept the real meaning of the Greek or Hebrew words. that's just silly.
People never ask the really important questions like what are the fruits of their conclusions. Has doctrine/teaching become a simple matter of philosophical debate? Teaching should give instruction on how to complete God's will for our lives. It should produce fruit and change lives. It should produce action or be a tool for us to use to work with God.With all of these things what real purposes can be found in this venue other then entertainment. In fact your comment was somewhat of a refresher. at least it is something new and not the same old junk.
