I know exactly what you mean. These people claim to be born again, filled with the holy spirit and cannot connect scripture and answer these simple questions. They feel they are being attacked, but you are stirring them up to …..think….about…..their….doctrine…..
to come to the light (truth)…
This is all for the truth, and for them.
But they spit on you instead, and accuse your good conversation in Christ.They cannot represent the truth. I am ashamed of their conduct. They give christianity a bad name and cannot give good dialogue. They feel judged when asked a question, and immediately attack because they are insecure. A secure person in Christ who knows the answers of the scriptures should be able to answer with confidence and share to edify, his brothers, and if he does not know the answer should be humble enough to say so, and seek the answer.
They are treating you like they treated the apostles, with jealousy and contempt. God bless you Wakeup. If it was not for you, I would still be lost. You have shown me so much and taught me to open my eyes, and not just skim over the scriptures quickly, but to analyse, and go over and over, and study every word, and connect, and find the hidden meanings. When I wanted to go to church, you said nothing, nor tried to stop me, but waited silently to see if I would pick up any contradictions. I came back to you, amazed at what they were teaching, and was very caught up with sorrow, because the friends I had made, were forcing me to obey their doctrine. I wasn't into hyped up Christianity, I knew that God draws men to him, and speaks directly to our hearts. He convicts us through our conscience. I knew I had to leave them, for it was hard to keep my mouth shut. You were the only brother in the world who could teach me such deep things. Their doctrine was about themselves, how great they had become, how blessed they were, how much power they had. It was all about them being great. “born again”. They used this to entice people in to the church. Treating God like a Santa Clause with plenty of presents. You taught me it was all about loving the truth and having the love for God. To put God Almighty first before everything. You never made me feel like I didn't belong, even at my lowest, but when you spoke of the scriptures and I saw that excitement in your eyes and in your voice, I felt alive, and always left your house uplifted and closer to God. You made me figure out things for myself, and when I was stuck, you helped me, but you always gave me a chance to find the answer myself first. You are a good teacher, and I am very saddened by the way they have treated you. May you be a witness against them, if they keep this up. I am sure Jesus would be very cross with them how they are treating his Word, and I am sure he will take away what little they have left if they continue with this behaviour. They have not provided any evidence against you, but hate you for they are in darkness still, and the darkness hates the light. They hate everything you say. You have been patient, and bold when you have to be. They have given nothing to edify, and they just get worse. They don't know how the holy spirit works, because it is not in them. They try to use man's wisdom instead to discuss spiritual things, and not even that, but some with just insults, and some will use scriptures out of spite. Some just stay quiet and say nothing, because they are not labouring for Christ. They are burying their penny in the sand, not willing to risk their reputation.

They have rejected it so far,but who knows, there are many more reading and silently, maybe learning. This would be good. Its all up to God whom He will draw.I must be bold to wake those sleepy heads.

You as a christian should show me the right way if you think I am lost. Istead of calling names.
Your job is not calling names,or accusing. But showing them the right way.Even if a muslem is preaching to you;you dont call him names. But politely say no thank you.
