After many years, my walk with God has taken me many miles, some pleasant, some unpleasant. In trying to find the truth of God, I found that not only could I not find God by my efforts, but that God had been directing my paths all along. He has revealed to me, and many others, that it was not what I did that would put me in favour with God, but what He (God) has and is doing with me (and all of us). I have concluded, and this not of myself, that “All is of God”.
I can best expain this by comparing Gods work with us as a “play”. God is the Author, and “Creation” is the name of the play, and the earth is the stage, we are the actors.
All is predestined, God has planned the begining to the ending. A good explanaion of this is the the first chapter of “Ephesians”, God is perfecting all mankind for the glorious “consummation”, when God will be “All in all”.
So you see, all mankind, us actors, have been assigned a script, prepared by God, the author, what role we should play. Some are wicked, some are murderers, some decietfull, some good, some sickley, and others healthy. Some rich and some poor. You see “All is of God”.
I know some will think I have drunk too much wine, and my mind is cloudy. But nevertheless, this is how I see it. It is the good Lord working in me that has given me this revelation. All mankind will be saved. 1.Tim.4:9-11 …that we rely on the living God, Who is the Saviour of all mankind.Concider this scripture…Ro. 11:29-36…
29 For unregretted are the graces and the calling of God.
30 For even as you once were stubborn toward God, yet now were shown mercy at their stubbornness,
31 thus these also are now stubborn to this mercy of yours, that now they also may be shown mercy.
32 For God locks up all together in stubbornness, that He should be merciful to all.
33 O, the depth of the riches and the wisdom and the knowledge of God! How inscrutable are His judgments, and untraceable His ways!
34 For, who knew the mind of the Lord? or, who became His adviser?
35 or, who gives to Him first, and it will be repaid Him?
36 seeing that out of Him and through Him and for Him is all: to Him be the glory for the eons! Amen!Notice that God “locks up ALL together in stubbornness”, yes He (God) does this! Continuing, “that He should be mercifull to all”.
Our ways are not His ways, ” seeing that out of Him and through Him and for Him is all:”
Thank God He is in complete control, I could never trust myself to accomplish what He wills!
God Bless, Jerry.

COi like your explenation but it does not answer all of the questions;if God will save all men;then why expell them from the assembly?
if all is of God why should we do anything exept believe in the name of Christ ??this verses show it differently;;1Co 5:1 It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and of a kind that does not occur even among pagans: A man has his father’s wife.
1Co 5:2 And you are proud! Shouldn’t you rather have been filled with grief and have put out of your fellowship the man who did this?
1Co 5:3 Even though I am not physically present, I am with you in spirit. And I have already passed judgment on the one who did this, just as if I were present.
1Co 5:4 When you are assembled in the name of our Lord Jesus and I am with you in spirit, and the power of our Lord Jesus is present,
1Co 5:5 hand this man over to Satan, so that the sinful nature may be destroyed and his spirit saved on the day of the Lord.
1Co 5:6 Your boasting is not good. Don’t you know that a little yeast works through the whole batch of dough?
1Co 5:7 Get rid of the old yeast that you may be a new batch without yeast—as you really are. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed.
1Co 5:8 Therefore let us keep the Festival, not with the old yeast, the yeast of malice and wickedness, but with bread without yeast, the bread of sincerity and truth.
1Co 5:9 I have written you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people—
1Co 5:10 not at all meaning the people of this world who are immoral, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters. In that case you would have to leave this world.
1Co 5:11 But now I am writing you that you must not associate with anyone who calls himself a brother but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or a slanderer, a drunkard or a swindler. With such a man do not even eat.
1Co 5:12 What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside?
1Co 5:13 God will judge those outside. “Expel the wicked man from among you.”2Co 6:14 Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?
2Co 6:15 What harmony is there between Christ and Belial ? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever?
2Co 6:16 What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people.”Jas 1:12 Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him
1Pe 2:7 Now to you who believe, this stone is precious. But to those who do not believe,
“The stone the builders rejected
has become the capstone,’”
1Pe 2:8 and,
“A stone that causes men to stumble
and a rock that makes them fall.”They stumble because they disobey the message—which is also what they were destined for.
1Pe 2:9 But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.“All men are like grass,
and all their glory is like the flowers of the field;
the grass withers and the flowers fall,
1Pe 1:25 but the word of the Lord stands forever.”And this is the word that was preached to you.
1Pe 2:1 Therefore, rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander of every kind.
1Pe 2:2 Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation,
1Pe 2:3 now that you have tasted that the Lord is good.2Pe 2:1 But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them—bringing swift destruction on themselves.
2Pe 2:2 Many will follow their shameful ways and will bring the way of truth into disrepute.
2Pe 2:3 In their greed these teachers will exploit you with stories they have made up. Their condemnation has long been hanging over them, and their destruction has not been sleeping.
2Pe 2:4 For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but sent them to hell, putting them into gloomy dungeons to be held for judgment;
2Pe 2:5 if he did not spare the ancient world when he brought the flood on its ungodly people, but protected Noah, a preacher of righteousness, and seven others;
2Pe 2:6 if he condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah by burning them to ashes, and made them an example of what is going to happen to the ungodly;
2Pe 2:7 and if he rescued Lot, a righteous man, who was distressed by the filthy lives of lawless men
2Pe 2:8 (for that righteous man, living among them day after day, was tormented in his righteous soul by the lawless deeds he saw
and heard)—2Pe 3:4 They will say, “Where is this ‘coming’ he promised? Ever since our fathers died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation.”
2Pe 3:5 But they deliberately forget that long ago by God’s word the heavens existed and the earth was formed out of water and by water.
2Pe 3:6 By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed.
2Pe 3:7 By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly menI don't know if this teaches that all men will be saved,if not ,could you explain this scriptures in your views???

Hi brother Jerry,
Grretings to you. I think your post has made me rethink about life and God. Those are really words from experience. I wonder how a perfect God made imperfect creation where we all think that human is fallible and bound to commit sin. Great Augustein and others made this life more miserable than ever. All are mythical stories in the Bible right from Garden of Eden evenl the so called vicarious sacrifice of Jesus on the cross to take away the human guilt of sin.But Bible has truth about our lives but not every thing we should take it literal including the virgin birth of Jesus and bodily resurrection of Jesus. Please read some books on liberal Christianity you will also realise that Bible can not be taken literal in all respects. We have to interpret it in the context of the circumstances that were prevailing at the time of the writings of those books.
Peace and love
AdamApril 13, 2010 at 12:16 pm#186936JustAskinParticipantHi Jerry,
It is good that you feel you have received revelation from God.Did you 'test the SpiritIs it really true that 'we shall all be saved'?
Is this what Scriptures teaches?
We are, indeed, 'Actors' on a earth stage, and some if us have a written, fixed script (e.g. Judas Iscariot, Jezebel, Saul (After he sinned), Paul/Saul(after God called him), all the Prophets, Disciples, Apostles, Saints, and those others given over to Satan for his own – for, if God has chosen some for Himself (as Romans 11:4 testifies) then, having given leave to Satan to 'test' mankind and His order, how could He not give over some to His adversary, after all, He is the epitome of fairness)
1 Timothy 4:10 states that God 'is the Saviour of All men, especially those who believe', and so He is.But check it out: It is Jesus who Judges.
Many will be saved by Works, he that does the good deed in all honesty is doing the will of God, even if he does not know God (but may confess in the last hour).
And he who believes, through Christ, will also be saved. Both will be saved through the judgement of Christ.
But don't rest up by languishing in good deeds, if, once knowing Christ, you fall away. Nor, once being offered life through Christ, you say: 'I do not know him!', because then even with your good works, he will say to you at the judgement: 'Get away from me, I never knew you!'

Re your reference to 1Cor.5… There is a striking contrast between the methods of dealing with moral evil and doctrinal heresy. There were those in Corinth who held fundamental error, for they denied the resurrection. The apostle reasons with them and shows them the consequences if their heresy were true, but he never suggests their excision. But when the behaviour of a brother became such that he brought reproach upon the holy brotherhood of believers, he was summarily expelled. This was the surest way of bringing him to repentance. By sending him back into the world, he realized the gravity of his misconduct.Your scripture from 1 & 2Peter, are to “the chosen expatriates' the dispersed Jews. Peter recounts the ancient judgments of God with a view to establishing the certainty of the impending judgments of the end time. That, also, will be a judgment on spirit beings, for Satan will be bound. It will be visited on a world which has reverted to the wickedness which drew down the deluge, and which is guilty of the sins of Sodom and Gomorrah. Then, too, the righteous shall be delivered, as Lot out of Sodom, and as Noah through the flood.
See Ro.11:26-29… And thus all Israel shall be saved, according as it is written, Arriving out of Zion shall be the Rescuer. He will be turning away irreverence from Jacob.
27 And this is my covenant with them Whenever I should be eliminating their sins.
28 As to the evangel, indeed, they are enemies because of you, yet, as to choice, they are beloved because of the fathers.
29 For unregretted are the graces and the calling of God.Hopes this will explain my beliefs.

33 O, the depth of the riches and the wisdom and the knowledge of God! How inscrutable are His judgments, and untraceable His ways!
Also Phil.2:9-10 …that in the name of Jesus every knee should be bowing, celestial and terrestrial and subterranean,
11 and every tongue should be acclaiming that Jesus Christ is Lord, for the glory of God, the Father. And finally in 1Cor.15:24-28 …24 thereafter the consummation, whenever He may be giving up the kingdom to His God and Father, whenever He should be nullifying all sovereignty and all authority and power.
25 For He must be reigning until He should be placing all His enemies under His feet.
26 The last enemy is being abolished: death.
27 For He subjects all under His feet. Now whenever He may be saying that all is subject, it is evident that it is outside of Him Who subjects all to Him.
28 Now, whenever all may be subjected to Him, then the Son Himself also shall be subjected to Him Who subjects all to Him, that God may be All in all.)

This is Satan speaking!
If there is Cancer in the body, one cannot be sympathetic to the cancerous cells because they were made by God, initially clean.
The cancerous cells need to be removed and destroyed lest they remain and infect the rest of the body.God DESIRES that we rid ourselves of our 'cancer', that is Sin, through the 'surgery' of his Word and the and skill of the master Surgeon, Jesus Christ.
If we do not submit ourselves to this therapy, we will be destroyed along with the cancer causing elements in this world. No two ways about it.
Sympathy only stretches so far and then, like an elastic band, it snaps!
In your theory, you are allowing advocation of 'Go be as badass as you like, Rob, steal, kill, rape, be deceitful' because 'You Will Not Die'
…hmm…where was that said before and who said it and why?

Heb.12:14 Pursue peace with all, and holiness, apart from which no one shall be seeing the Lord; You asked previously if I was a Jew. No, I am a gentile, I assume because I quoted some scripture that was written to the Jews, as the book of Hebrews is, that you, not understanding how to “correctly cut the word of truth” (2Tim.2:15) are having difficulty determining which scriptures are written to them, Jews, and which are for “the nations”.
The book of Hebrews is written to the Jews, as the first verses explain… 1 By many portions and many modes, of old, God, speaking to the fathers in the prophets, (Heb.1:1)Now answering your question about Heb.12:14, yes, we are to pusure these qualities, but mankind is not able to do this without the work of God.
It must be obvious to you that all through the 'old testament and the four gospels', that the Jews could not reach the “promised land” by their own 'works', they were given “the law”, in the “old covenant”, and were told to keep these laws to enter “the kingdom”. They could not do it, so God divorced the them and turned to the “nations” (Acts13:46)
Now all, under the covenant of “Grace”, are being molded by the Grace of God, not our 'works'. and at the “consummation” (the finished creation) God will be “All in all”, (1Cor.15:28).It amazes me how so many still believe they can obtain salvation by what they “do”. For six thousand years the Jews could not do it, yet many today feel they still can 'earn' their salvation by what they “do”. The 'Jews' couldn't do it, that is the example for us today, we are unable to to it, yet they make up their own “laws” of what we must do to be saved.
Trust in God, He is the saviour of “all mankind” (1Tim.4:9-11)Eph.2:10… For His achievement are we, being created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God makes ready beforehand, that we should be walking in them.
God Bless, Jerry.

You see, “all is of God”, we thank God for all things, if our savation depended on our self where do you think we would end up? We should get down on our knees and thank God for what He has done, and is doing.
At the “consummation” He will be All in all. (1Cor.15:28)God Bless, Jerry.

[/QUOTE]but you did not answer the second part of the verse; without holiness no one will see the Lord
this is what i am afterYes, we must be 'holy'. But don't you see, we are not able to do it ouselves. Look at the following scriptures…
Phil.2:13 …for it is God Who is operating in you to will as well as to work for the sake of His delight.Ro.8:8 …Now those who are in flesh are not able to please God.
Eph.2:10 …For His achievement are we, being created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God makes ready beforehand, that we should be walking in them.
2.Cor.5:18-21 …18 Yet all is of God, Who conciliates us to Himself through Christ, and is giving us the dispensation of the conciliation,
19 how that God was in Christ, conciliating the world to Himself, not reckoning their offenses to them, and placing in us the word of the conciliation.
20 For Christ, then, are we ambassadors, as of God entreating through us. We are beseeching for Christ's sake, “Be conciliated to God!”
21 For the One not knowing sin, He makes to be a sin offering for our sakes that we may be becoming God's righteousness in Him.We cannot accomplish what we need to by our own 'works'. It is God, and God alone who will make us what we need to be for salvation.
God Bless, Jerry.

The apostle who wrote the words you [meant to] quote, is speaking about the elected members, not the whole of mankind.
Have you read any of my other posts?
My view of God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, the Heavenly order, the Saints , Elders and the others of God's Elected, Angels, Paradise Earth, the brotherhood of Christ and His elected who are Heirs of His Kingdom under God Almighty – these are the ones saved out of the first judgement.
Then out of the second judgement will come those saved for dwelling on paradise earth.
That we cannot be saved except by the true belief in Jesus Christ, and thus God Almighty, and the testiment that Jesus brought concerning His Father, God Almighty, Jehovah, YHVH God, and by the power of the Holy Spirit of YHVH God. That, by these, we are baptised with the Holy Spirit, which Jesus will give to us because it is He who will do that baptism, the baptism of fire. Having the Holy Spirit as our guide, mentor, reminder, director, etc, by measure under the authority of Christ Jesus.
Works by our nature are good, works in the knowledge and belief in God and Christ, are better.
Faith in the word of God, the testimony of Christ, should naturally lead to good works, but not always and this is the stumbling block where some will say 'did i not do good works in your name' or 'did i not believe in you'? And Jesus will judge accordingly.
Those found wanting, will be destroyed…no two ways about it!These are my views that are consistent throughout my posts.

terraricca.
The book of Hebrews is written to the Jews, as the first verses explain… 1 By many portions and many modes, of old, God, speaking to the fathers in the prophets, (Heb.1:1)
Now answering your question about Heb.12:14, yes, we are to pusure these qualities, but mankind is not able to do this without the work of God.
COfirst my question as nothing to do with the letter to the Hebrew,
as for my understanding of scriptures even the letter to the Hebrew ,we will see.Ro 10:8 But what does it say? “The word is near you. It’s in your mouth and in your heart.” (Deuteronomy 30:14) That means the word we are preaching. You must put your faith in it.
Ro 10:9 Say with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord.” Believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead. Then you will be saved.
Ro 10:10 With your heart you believe and are made right with God. With your mouth you say that Jesus is Lord. And so you are saved.
Ro 10:11 Scripture says, “The one who trusts in him will never be put to shame.” (Isaiah 28:16)
Ro 10:12 There is no difference between those who are Jews and those who are not. The same Lord is Lord of all. He richly blesses everyone who calls on him.
Ro 10:13 Scripture says, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” (Joel 2:32)
Ro 10:14 How can they call on him unless they believe in him? How can they believe in him unless they hear about him? How can they hear about him unless someone preaches to them?
Ro 10:15 And how can anyone preach without being sent? It is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” (Isaiah 52:7)
Ro 10:16 But not all the people of Israel accepted the good news. Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our message?” (Isaiah 53:1)those verses in Rom showing that you have to accept Christ message to be saved,
God provides the grace the knowledge the message ,we have to accepted.Mt 22:1 Jesus told them more stories. He said,
Mt 22:2 “Here is what the kingdom of heaven is like. A king prepared a wedding dinner for his son.
Mt 22:3 He sent his servants to those who had been invited to the dinner. The servants told them to come. But they refused.
Mt 22:4 “Then he sent some more servants. He said, ‘Tell those who were invited that I have prepared my dinner. I have killed my oxen and my fattest cattle. Everything is ready. Come to the wedding dinner.’
Mt 22:5 “But the people paid no attention. One went away to his field. Another went away to his business.
Mt 22:6 The rest grabbed his servants. They treated them badly and then killed them.
Mt 22:7 “The king became very angry. He sent his army to destroy them. They killed those murderers and burned their city.
Mt 22:8 “Then the king said to his servants, ‘The wedding dinner is ready. But those I invited were not fit to come.
Mt 22:9 Go to the street corners. Invite to the dinner anyone you can find.’
Mt 22:10 So the servants went out into the streets. They gathered all the people they could find, both good and bad. Soon the wedding hall was filled with guests.
Mt 22:11 “The king came in to see the guests. He noticed a man there who was not wearing wedding clothes.
Mt 22:12 ‘Friend,’ he asked, ‘how did you get in here without wedding clothes?’ The man couldn’t think of anything to say.
Mt 22:13 “Then the king told his servants, ‘Tie up his hands and feet. Throw him outside into the darkness. Out there people will sob and grind their teeth.’
Mt 22:14 “Many are invited, but few are chosenin this illustration about the kingdom of God shows why the Jews who all were invited and not many came,so it was to all nation offer, but unless you clean yourself up you will not be picked God chose the true worshipers.the ones who love him.
Dt 30:20 And you will love the LORD your God. You will obey him. You will remain true to him. The LORD is your very life.
this is for all mankind this is the way of Christ spirit.
god as cut out our work and explain it trough the apostles message and Christ we only have to obey and perform the good deeds.
and wen all of us do that then God will be all in all.
Heb 11:1 Faith is being sure of what we hope for. It is being certain of what we do not see.
Heb 11:2 That is what the people of long ago were praised for.
Heb 11:3 We have faith. So we understand that everything was made when God commanded it. That’s why we believe that what we see was not made out of what could be seenHeb 11:26 He suffered shame because of Christ. He thought it had great value. He considered it better than the riches of Egypt. He was looking ahead to God’s reward
Heb 12:1 A huge cloud of witnesses is all around us. So let us throw off everything that stands in our way. Let us throw off any sin that holds on to us so tightly. Let us keep on running the race marked out for us.
Heb 12:4 You struggle against sin. But you have not yet fought to the point of spilling your blood.
Heb 12:5 You have forgotten that word of hope. It speaks to you as children. It says,
“My son, think of the Lord’s training as important.
Do not lose hope when he corrects you.Heb 12:15 Be sure that no one misses God’s grace. See to it that a bitter plant doesn’t grow up. If it does, it will cause trouble. And it will pollute many people.
Heb 12:16 See to it that no one commits sexual sinsHeb 13:5 Don’t be controlled by love for money. Be happy with what you have. God has said,
“I will never leave you.this are Paul greetings i think they make your comment on the letter to Hebrew to be written to the Jews wrong;
Heb 13:22 Brothers and sisters, I beg you to accept my word. It tells you to be faithful. I have written you only a short letter.
Heb 13:23 I want you to know that our brother Timothy has been set free. If he arrives soon, I will come with him to see you.
Heb 13:24 Greet all of your leaders. Greet all of God’s people. The believers from Italy send you their greetings.
Heb 13:25 May grace be with you allwe had many exchange of scriptures and your view, but you have to live with it, just as i must live with mine, but i can support my views with all scriptures without have to show only part of scriptures ,and is also in line with the spirit of Christ.and the will of God.
Heb 13:13 So let us go to him outside the camp. Let us be willing to suffer the shame he suffered.
