    Hi JustAskin,

I thought I answered 'your' question… 'Which verse is that?'
(with Gen.14:18-20), but apparently I didn't understand it?

I certainly don't understand what you are asking here,
could you axplain your question a little better?

    Nick,

On page 3, you asked if maybe JA could explain 'that verse'.

So far, Edj seems to have gotten in the middle of me asking you about it…and you seem to not know what I'm asking…so gives between the two of you, swapped heads and forgot to take your brain with you, or, swapped heads and can't figure out how the control in your new head works?

    Hi JA,
This verse is the least popular in the bible with trinity believers.
Perhaps you could help them grasp it?

    Hi Nick and JustAskin,

Acts 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the HolySpirit and with power: who
went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

Acts 10:38 (speaking of our anointed re-birth) is “Theologically” connected to John 1:14 and Acts 12:24…
John 1:14 And (HolySpirit) “The Word” ([ο λογος] Hō Lōgôs) was made flesh, and dwelt among us (John 14:17),
(and we beheld his “glory”=77, the glory as of (Christ=77) the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
Acts12:24 …”The word” ([ο λογος] Hō Lōgôs) (HolySpirit) of God GREW AND MULTIPLIED. “HolySpirit” grew! (Acts 2:41)

    God bless

    Hi,
Without the anointing of God's Spirit Jesus could do nothing.

An interesting topic Nick.  Jesus was endowed with wisdom before He received the Holy Spirit as shown in Luk 2:46  And it happened that after three days they found Him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the teachers, both hearing them and questioning them.
Luk 2:47  And all who heard Him were astonished at His understanding and answers.

He received power when He received the Holy Spirit to perform the things the Father asked Him to.  Joh 5:30  I can do nothing of My own self. As I hear, I judge, and My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of the Father who has sent Me.

He grew in wisdom.  How? by continuing to apply himself to learning and acting upon scripture.

Just any human would grow in wisdom.

    Learning and application.

    Hi,
Jesus showed that all we have to do is obey God and let Him use us to do His work
and the payoff for us and our families is beyond belief.

No more anxiously trying to please Him and hoping our lives are found worthy of Him
but seek His Spirit which leads, teaches and enables.

We contribute so little for the blessing of eternal life while the cost of not listening
to His call in Christ is bad now and eternally fatal

I know you are familiar with scripture and it's concepts but if there are any parts that need to be shown from the Word I am happy to do so.

Wisdom is the result of applying knowledge.

All people who have applied some truth in their life have a least a little bit of wisdom.

Jesus Christ did not start off completely wise, he grew in wisdom.

As he learned scriptures and applied it, he grew in wisdom.

For that matter, he grew in favor with God and men.

He was certainly not God, for God would not need to grow in favor with himself.

Jesus Christ was transformed the same way we are, by the renewing of the mind. Having received the spirit, both he and we have more reason to transform our minds to the spiritual realities of life.
