The bible doesn't give meaning to other groups of numbers. All other numbers are either amounts for those enlisted in war in the hebrew aramaic scriptures or just plain inventory.

Of course, it should say thirty-one cubits did compass it round about.

Stuart, is trying to discredit the bible for rounding Pi off to 3.0,
when he himself only rounds off Pi to 3.1. In machinery specks, they
go down to thousands; in terms of Pi (rounded off) would be 3.142(3.14159).
I personally use 3.1416 to keep the accuracy (of calculations) down to the thousands!

Ed…what would be the result of your conclusions be if you choose to round off to an even more reduced equation…or does your research afford you the flexability to apply Pi for maximum probability in various applications of reduction…

I'm a designer, and machined parts are measured in thousandths of an inch;
it is necessary if I want all the associated component parts to fit together properly.
It is not necessary to be as accurate building a round cement pool 15 foot wide (10 cubits).
