    I am not so much worried about flow, but thank you for the consideration!, as I am for true study in the scriptures together.  Questions are appropriate.  :)

    The Soon Second Coming [or 2nd Advent] of Christ Jesus is the “blessed hope” for every believing and faith-filled Christian:

    Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; (Titus 2:13)  

    He shall appear in the 2nd Advent without sin unto Salvation:

    And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation [even] to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. (Daniel 12:1)

    And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: (Acts 3:20)

    Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. (Acts 3:21)

    For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: (Philippians 3:20)

    So  Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that  look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. (Hebrews 9:28)

    The questions that are always asked are:

    “When will it be?”
    “What will it be like?”
    “Who will be able to see it?”
    “What events will happen?”
    “What happens next?”

    Scripture gives us only one conclusive answer to the first question:

    But of that day and hour knoweth no [man], no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. (Matthew 24:36)

    But of that day and [that] hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. (Mark 13:32)

    The reason that this is so, is because the Scriptures reveal that the 2nd Advent will be very sudden and abrupt [and too soon for many who have waited too long, procrastinated, put-off, did not believe and/or mocked], like “a thief in the night”, “suddenly”, and it will be at the time of the Father's own choosing, just as in the Wedding Day [which the 2nd Advent is in the context of, a Royal Wedding], for He will then send His Son, Christ Jesus, to come and claim His own Church Bride.

    For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. (1 Thessalonians 5:2)

    But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. (2 Peter 3:10)

    [For so shall it be in the last days as it were in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah when Lot went out, and also in the Days of Noah, and the flood came and destroyed them all…, A Rain of Fire, a Lake of Water, and in  the End – a Rain of Fire and Lake of Fire]

    Jesus Christ Himself tells each of us to “be ye therefore ready” at any moment:Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh. (Matthew 24:44)

    And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. (Matthew 25:6)

    Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: (Mark 13:35)

    Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not. (Luke 12:40)

    Well, what then can we know about the timing of this great event?  Scripture reveals that we can know when the time is “near” [see also Obadiah 1:15; Zephaniah 1:14]:

    So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, [even] at the doors. (Matthew 24:33)

    Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near: (Mark 13:28)

    So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, [even] at the doors. (Mark 13:29)

    And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am [Christ]; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them. (Luke 21:8)

    And the Everlasting Gospel would first have to go and be proclaimed to the whole world for a witness [not that all would come to believe it, but rather, for a witness] and then the end would come:

    And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. (Matthew 24:14)

    And the gospel must first be published among all nations. (Mark 13:10)

    And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, (Revelation 14:6)

    And great “signs” and “wonders” in the Heavens will preface the soon-coming event [most of which have already occured]:

    And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. (Joel 2:30)

    The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come. (Joel 2:31)

    The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining. (Joel 3:15)

    Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: (Matthew 24:29)

    But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, (Mark 13:24)

    And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; (Luke 21:25)

    The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come: (Acts 2:20)

    And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; (Revelation 6:12)

    And the LORD has given to us, that though the time continue to draw onward even later still and the event seems to fail in prophecy; yea, He has told us that this would happen and that there will be an apparent “delay”:

    While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. (Matthew 25:5)

    …a seeming time of tarrying, of trial and testing [compare also Exodus 32:1; 1 Samuel 13:8-11]:

    But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; (Matthew 24:48)

    But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken; (Luke 12:45)

    Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, (2 Peter 3:3)

    And  saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as [they were] from the beginning of the creation. (2 Peter 3:4)

    But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day [is] with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. (2 Peter 3:8)

    The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count  slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should  perish, but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9)

    …though the LORD is not truly delayed and “at the end it shall speak” at the “appointed time”, for He is long-suffering and not willing that any should perish:

    For  the vision [is] yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. (Habbakuk 2:3)

    And many false christ's and deceivers would arise and work deceptive miracles before the end among the Flock/Church and also secretly, here or there, invisibly, in a desert place, done in a  corner of the earth, even that which is so named AntiChrist:

    Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. (Matthew 7:15)

    And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. (Matthew 24:11)

    Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here [is] Christ, or there; believe [it] not. (Matthew 24:23)

    For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if [it were] possible, they shall deceive the very elect. (Matthew 24:24)

    Behold, I have told you before. (Matthew 24:25)

    Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, [he is] in the secret chambers; believe [it] not. (Matthew 24:26)

    For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if [it were] possible, even the elect. (Mark 13:22)

    For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. (Acts 20:29)

    And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: (2 Thesslonians 2:8)

    But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. (2 Peter 2:1)

    Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. (1 John 2:18)

    Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. (1 John 4:1)

    And  I saw three unclean spirits like frogs [come] out of the mouth of  the  dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of  the false prophet. (Revelation 16:13)

    Christ Jesus hath given unto us through Peter:

    We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: (2 Peter 1:19)

    For the future is only dark to those which have not the Light of Prophecy of God to see by.  They are blind, and will not know the time of their visitation, which have not the Testimony of Jesus, which is the Spirit of Prophecy:

    And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See [thou do it] not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. (Revelation 19:10)

    And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. (Revelation 12:17)

    And here is how Christ Jesus shall come in HIS 2nd Advent according to the scriptures:

    HE shall appear in the 2nd Advent without sin unto Salvation:

    And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: (Acts 3:20)

    And Christ Jesus shall come in the “clouds of heaven” and Glory and be seen:

    Jesus  saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter  shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and  coming in the clouds of heaven. (Matthew 26:64)

    …which “Clouds” are the many innumerable “chariots” and “Angels” of Heaven [see Daniel 7:13; Isaiah 14:14; Psalms 104:3], the “reapers”, which will all come with Christ Jesus:

    “…who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:” (Psalms 104:3;p)

    The  chariots of God [are] twenty thousand, [even] thousands of angels: the  Lord [is] among them, [as in] Sinai, in the holy [place]. (Psalms 68:17)

     For,  behold, the LORD will come with fire, and with his chariots like a  whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of  fire. (Isaiah 66:15)

     “…the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.”(Matthew 13:39;p)

     So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels  shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just, (Matthew 13:49)

     For  the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels;  and then he shall reward every man according to his works. (Matthew 16:27)

    And  then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall  all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man  coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. (Matthew 24:30)

      When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: (Matthew 25:31)

     “….the Son of man…, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.” (Mark 8:38;p)

     And  then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from  the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost  part of heaven. (Mark 13:27)

     “…the Son of man…, when he shall come in his own glory, and [in his] Father's, and of the holy angels.” (Luke 9:26;p)

     And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. (Luke 21:27)

     “… while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.” (Acts 1:9;p)

     And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; (Acts 1:10)

     Which  also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this  same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in  like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. (Acts 1:11)

     Then  we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them  in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with  the Lord. (1 Thessalonians 4:17)

     And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,(2 Thessalonians 1:7)

     And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire. (Hebrews 1:7)

     Behold,  he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they [also]  which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of  him. Even so, Amen. (Revelation 1:7)

    And the “same” Christ Jesus (who was bodily resurrected, according to HIS own prophecy [John 2:19-21, “…he spake of the temple of his body.” See also Luke 24:36-43,50-51],  and seen and felt by his Apostles and Disciples) was taken up and  ascended into Heaven in a Cloud, He shall so come again in a Cloud:

    And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. (Acts 1:9)

    Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. (1 John 3:2)

    Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they [also] which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. (Revelation 1:7)

    For  this 2nd Advent Christ Jesus shall not be hid, nor it be secret, nor invisible, nor whispered, nor done in a corner, but it shall be known and heard, and seen and witnessed and felt, yea even hoped for and even feared, as Lightning that shineth from one end of the earth to the other:

    For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. (Matthew 24:27)

    For Christ Jesus [God the Son]  shall descend from Heaven with a Mighty Roar and Shout and not keep Silence and be very tempestuous about Him, and with His Very Trump give a mighty blast and the first resurrection [resurrection of the righteous dead] shall take place by His own voice, saying “ARISE, Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust…” [Isaiah 26:19], Resurrecting the righteous Dead, but also a terror to the wicked who will be slain by His Brightness:

    Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, (John 5:28)

    And  shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of  life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. (John 5:29)

    For  the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice  of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ  shall rise first: (1 Thessalonians 4:16)

    Our  God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before  him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him. (Psalms 50:3)

    Thus  saith the LORD of hosts, Behold, evil shall go forth from nation to  nation, and a great whirlwind shall be raised up from the coasts of the  earth. (Jeremiah 25:32)

    And  those who are in Christ Jesus that are living at this time shall then  be changed, given the gift of immortality and eternal and everlasting  Life [see Romans 2:7] and  be caught up together into the Air, being gathered by the Holy Angels  with the Great Sound of A Trumpet, with those who had been raised from  the dead in the First Resurrection and meet with Christ Jesus who does  not at the 2nd Advent touch the ground, but we leave with HIM into  Heaven for 1,000 years [See also the Mount of  Transfiguration for the Typology, CHRIST in Glory, Moses having been  previously resurrected and taken into Heaven, Elijah Translated directly  into Heaven and both appearing together…; also like as Enoch walked  daily with God, so shall we, as there was a resurrection at CHRIST's  own, as Firstfruits, there shall be a Harvest of the Earth]:

    Then  we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them  in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with  the Lord. (1 Thessalonians 4:17)

    Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, (1 Corinthians 15:51)

    For in this 2nd Advent of Christ Jesus, He comes in His own Glory and the Glory of the Father and the Glory of all of the Holy Angels of Heaven [Ten Thousand times Ten Thousand and Thousands of Thousands; Daniel 7:10; Revelation 5:11]

    When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: (Matthew 25:31)

    Whosoever  therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and  sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he  cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels. (Mark 8:38)

    For  whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son  of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and [in his]  Father's, and of the holy angels. (Luke 9:26)

    But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming. (1 Corinthians 15:23).

    The English word “coming” in the Greek is “parousia” “παρουσία” and means “presence,  the advent, the coming, the arrival, the future visible return of Jesus  from Heaven to raise the dead, hold the last judgment, and set up  formally and gloriously the Kingdom of God” [Strong's Concordance] [See Matthew 24:37 and compare to Luke 17:26,30].

    The same word can be viewed in many other passages: (Matthew  24:3,27,37,39; 1 Corinthians 16:17; 2 Corinthians 7:6-7, 10:10;  Philippians 1:26, 2:12; 1 Thessalonians 2:19, 3:13, 4:15, 5:23; 2  Thessalonians 2:1,8,9; James 5:7-8; 2 Peter 1:16, 3:4,12; 1 John 2:28).

    There are also many other words [that have been quoted in the passages above]  that also describe Jesus' visible, physical, audible, tumultuous,  glorious, triumphant and literal return at HIS appointed time:

    “to come and/or arrive” “erchomai” “ἔρχομαι” (Matthew 24:30, 26:64; John 14:3; 1 Corinthians 11:26; Revelation. 1:7),

    The 1000 Years

    The scripture speaks about 1000 years that will come:

    And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, (Revelation 20:2)

    And  cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal  upon  him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. (Revelation 20:3)

    And  I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto   them: and the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness   of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the   beast, neither his image, neither had received [his] mark upon their   foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. (Revelation 20:4)

    But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This [is] the first resurrection. (Revelation 20:5)

    Blessed  and holy [is] he that hath part in the first resurrection: on  such the  second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God  and of  Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. (Revelation 20:6)

    Those which preach “amillennialism”, have simply left scripture and deny its plain teaching in the text, for their word “amillennialism” itself means; preposition “a” [not, no, against, opposition; ie “thiest” believes in God, and an “a”thiest, does not], and “mille” [latin: 1,000] and “annum” [latin: years], yet scripture clearly speaks of 1,000 years, six times in Revelation 20.  Those which seek to teach “amillennialism”, we may address this in a further post still to come if needed.

    Those passages speak about a “1000 years” “reign”, a “millenium” [latin: “mille”:1000 and “annum”:years] that shall be with Christ Jesus and HIS Saints.

    Where will this “1000 years” “reign” with Christ Jesus be?  Shall it be here upon this Earth?  or shall it be elsewhere instead [and  if elsewhere, where then, and what of the Earth at that time, and where  will Satan and the wicked be during this same period, and what then  after the 1000 years]?  Let us look to the scriptures for these answers:

    There are two “reigns” [“1000 years” and “forever and ever”], one leading into the other:

    [1] The “1000 years” reign “in Heaven” [Psalms 50:5; Matthew 5:3,8,10,12, 6:20, 13:30, 24:31; Mark 10:21, 13:27; Luke 6:23, 18:22, 23:43; John 14:2-3, 17:24; Colossians 1:5; Hebrews 10:34; 1 Peter 1:4; Revelation 7:9, 14:3, 19:1; “Paradise”, Luke 23:43; 2 Corinthians 12:4; Revelation 2:7] with Christ Jesus [1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 20:6] and…

    [2] The “reign on earth” [“made new”, not this sin polluted Earth; 2 Peter 3:13; Isaiah 65:17, 66:22; Revelation 21:1] that lasts “forever and ever” [Revelation 5:10; “meek inherit earth” [“made new”, not this sin polluted Earth], Psalms 37:9,11,34; Proverbs 11:31; Isaiah 25:8, 65:21; Daniel 7:27; Matthew 5:5; Revelation 5:10].

    The passages which speak about the “1000 years” “reign” of the Saints with Christ Jesus [Revelation 20:1-7] make absolutely no mention of being “on the earth”.  The passages which speak about the “reign on the earth” [Revelation 5:10] does not end after a “1000 years”, for it is even “forever and ever” [Revelation 11:15, 22:5].  In fact, the passages declare that those Saints reigning with Christ Jesus in the “1000 years” are “in Heaven” before the throne of God on the “sea of glass mingled with fire” [Revelation 4:6, 15:2].
    What then begins the “1000 years”?

    The First Resurrection and the 2nd Advent of Christ Jesus [which there is no longer any possibility to change sides in the Great Controversy]:

    He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. (Revelation 22:11)

    HE [Jesus] will come with “clouds” to reap the earth:

    And  I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud [one] sat  like  unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle. (Revelation 14:14)

    In scripture these “clouds” are HIS Angels, the very “reapers” [see Article “The Day Of The LORD”; Psalms 68:17, 104:3; Isaiah 66:15; Matthew 13:39,49, 16:27, 24:30, 25:31,51, 26:64; Mark 8:38, 13:27; Luke 9:26, 21:27; Acts 1:9-11; 1 Thessalonians 3:13, 4:16-17; Hebrews 1:7; Revelation 1:7, 12:7, etc] and every Angel in Heaven [all of them] is coming back with HIM in the most glorious triumphant return…and there will be silence in Heaven “about the space” of “half an hour” [Revelation 8:1;  about 30 prophetic minutes; is equal to one literal week [7 days], for a  prophetic day in prophecy is equal to one literal year; Numbers 14:34; Ezekiel 4:6; Daniel 8:14, 9:24, 12:11-12; Luke 13:32-33; etc]…

    Just as there was a resurrection of “many” [not all] Saints that “slept” around Jerusalem [locally] at the time of Jesus' own resurrection [Matthew 27:52], the very “firstfruits” of that Great “Harvest” of the Earth [Revelation 14:15] which is coming to begin the “1000 years” [see Exodus 23:16,19, 34:22,26; 1 Corinthians 15:20,23; Ephesians 4:8]:
    And just as those who were resurrected then as “Firstfruits”  came out of their graves and were later then taken into Heaven with  Christ Jesus, so likewise all of the righteous saints still on the earth  at the 2nd Advent will likewise rise and be “caught up” “into the air” “to meet the LORD” and be taken back with HIM into Heaven, to “the place” HE has gone to “prepare for” us [compare Revelation 20:4-6], just as the Bridegroom comes for HIS Bride and takes her back to the room that was built onto the FATHER's House [Psalms 19:5-6; Matthew 25:1-13]:

    In my Father's house are many mansions: if [it were] not [so], I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. (John 14:2)

    And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, [there] ye may be also. (John 14:3)

    …then live and reign with Christ Jesus for  “1000 years” in “Heaven”.  Not a single text there in vs 4-6 say that the “1000 years” “reign”   is to be on this earth.  Not a single text reveal that all of the  Saints then suddenly  drop out of the sky after meeting their LORD in “the air”  to then reign on the Earth, and we are about to see scriptures which  reveal why the Saints cannot reign on the Earth during the “1000 years”:

    In the 2nd Advent, “every eye” [wicked and righteous living] “shall see HIM” [Jesus] and they “shall see HIM as HE is” [1 John 3:2], yea, even “they who pierced HIM” and “all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of HIM” [Revelation 1:7; see also Matthew 26:64; Mark 14:62]; “all the tribes of the earth” [Matthew 24:30].

    For  we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto  you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses  of his majesty. (2 Peter 1:16) [see Mount of Transfiguration, a miniature type of that which is to come.]

    “…the Son of man in heaven … they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.” (Matthew 24:30;p) [the “clouds” are the “reapers”, the Angels, see Article “The Day Of The LORD”]

    …the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him…” (Matthew 25:31;p)

    “…the Son of man … when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.” (Mark 8:38;p)

    “…the Son of man … when he shall come in his own glory, and [in his] Father's, and of the holy angels.” (Luke 9:26;p)

    …they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.” (Luke 21:27;p)

    …the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.” (1 Thessalonians 3:13;p)

    …the Lord himself shall descend from heaven…” (1 Thessalonians 4:16;p)

    It is exactly  during this monumentous event that every single “dead in CHRIST” [1 Thessalonians 4:16] will  “awake” from their “sleep” and “slumber” in the “dust” of the earth [Daniel 12:2; Isaiah 26:19; 1 Corinthians 15:55], “arise” from  their first death, and “shout” and “sing” and be given immortality then, as will then the living righteous  [1 Corinthians 15:52-54; 2 Timothy 4:8; clearly showing that they did not have it beforehand,  they were mortal before].

    So,  Christ Jesus will come in Great Glory, Majesty and Power, with all of  the Holy Angels to reap the Great Harvest of the Earth [Mark 4:29; Revelation 14:14-15] and according to the passages which speak of these events, such as 1 Thesslonians 4:16-17, Jesus Christ never touches the earth at any single point during the 2nd Advent [which begins the 1000 years].  HE remains “up in the air”, and the saints are “gathered” to HIM “in the clouds” [Matthew 24:31; Mark 13:27].  HE does not descend to touch the earth at any point during this time.  The Saints are taken back to New Jerusalem in a glorious procession and triumphant return, surrounded by all the Holy Angels!

    What is then taking place on the Earth while the Saints are reigning in Heaven for 1000 years?

    During the 1000 years all  of the wicked who ever lived are slain, left dead as refuse “upon the ground” [Jeremiah 25:33], a “great supper” for “all the fowls” [Matthew 24:28; Luke 17:37; Revelation 19:17], destroyed by the 7 last plagues [Revelation 16:1-21], great hail, earthquake [Revelation 16:18] and Jesus' Glory and Brightness of HIS 2nd Advent [2 Thessalonians 2:8]…this is why scripture can say,  “that the rest of the dead [being all of the wicked], lived not again until the thousand years are  finished”.

    With all of the destruction and judgment laid heavy upon the earth, in  its sin filled and polluted condition who will be able to live there, “reign” there or want to?  All of the “rest of the dead” [all of the wicked who have ever been]  are  not alive during the 1000 years.  Earth is left desolate, broken  down, left  in darkness, and only Satan and his angels remain there, “bound” in the barren “wilderness”, unable to tempt  anyone [for the Saints are with Christ Jesus in Heaven, and the wicked  are dead; see also Article “The Day Of The LORD”]:

    And  they shall be gathered together, [as] prisoners are gathered in the   pit, and shall be shut up in the prison, and after many days shall they   be visited. (Isaiah 24:22) [All of the wicked are gathered into bundles, in death, and are “shut up” in their graves until the end of the 1000 years [the “after many days”]  and the 3rd Advent of Christ Jesus takes place with the Saints and New  Jerusalem coming down out of Heaven, and the second resurrection also  taking place.]

    As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world. (Matthew 13:40)

    For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. (Matthew 24:28)

    And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body [is], thither will the eagles be gathered together. (Luke 17:37)

    In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: (2 Thessalonians 1:8)

    And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: (2 Thessalonians 2:8)

    I will utterly consume all [things] from off the land, saith the LORD. (Zephaniah 1:2)

    I will consume man and beast; I will consume the fowls of the heaven, and  the fishes of the sea, and the stumblingblocks with the wicked; and I will cut off man from off the land, saith the LORD. (Zephaniah 1:3)

    And the idols he shall utterly abolish. (Isaiah 2:18) [See also Daniel 2:34,45]

    And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth. (Isaiah 2:19)

    To go into the clefts of the rocks, and into the tops of the ragged rocks, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth. (Isaiah 2:21)

    But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of  his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked. (Isaiah 11:4)

    Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty, and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down, and scattereth abroad the inhabitants thereof. (Isaiah 24:1)

    The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken this word. (Isaiah 24:3)

    The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly. (Isaiah 24:19)

    The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again. (Isaiah 24:20)

    Come near, ye nations, to hear; and hearken, ye people: let the earth hear, and all that is therein; the world, and all things that come forth of it. (Isaiah 34:1)

    For the indignation of the LORD [is] upon all nations, and [his] fury upon all their armies: he hath utterly destroyed them, he hath delivered them to the slaughter. (Isaiah 34:2)

    Their slain also shall be cast out, and their stink shall come up out of their arcases, and the mountains shall be melted with their blood. (Isaiah 34:3)

    And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off from the vine, and as a falling [fig] from the fig tree. (Isaiah 34:4)

    And the streams thereof shall be turned into pitch, and the dust thereof into brimstone, and the land thereof shall become burning pitch. (Isaiah 34:9)

    I beheld the earth, and, lo, [it was] without form, and void; and the heavens, and they [had] no light. (Jeremiah 4:23)

    I beheld, and, lo, [there was] no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled. (Jeremiah 4:25)

    I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place [was] a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the LORD, [and] by his fierce anger. (Jeremiah 4:26)

    For thus hath the LORD said, The whole land shall be desolate; yet will I not make a full end. (Jeremiah 4:27) [The   full end comes after the 3rd Advent [end of the 1000 years], New  Jerusalem descends with the  Saints from heaven, the 2nd resurrection  [Resurrection of the wicked]  after the 1,000 years takes place, Satan  is loosed for he now has a  massive group of resurrected [all of the  wicked who ever lived] at his hands and they surround the camp of  the  saints, and then the final judgment and destruction of all the  wicked  and Satan with the Lake of Fire and Rain of Fire, and when they  are  finally “burnt up” into “smoke” and “ashes”, never to be “any more”, then shall Christ Jesus create the New Heaven and New Earth for the meek to inherit…]

    For this shall the earth mourn, and the heavens above be black: because I have spoken [it], I have purposed [it], and will not repent, neither will I turn back from it. (Jeremiah 4:28)

    The whole city shall flee for the noise of the horsemen and bowmen; they shall go into thickets, and climb up upon the rocks: every city [shall be] forsaken, and not a man dwell therein. (Jeremiah 4:29)

    And the slain of the LORD shall be at that day from [one] end of the earth even unto the [other] end of the earth: they shall not be lamented, neither gathered, nor buried; they shall be dung upon the ground. (Jeremiah 25:33)

    Forat the second Advent of Christ Jesus [which is the precursor to the  beginning of the 1,000 years], a great and mighty earthquake rocks the  world and the First Great Resurrection takes place [Revelation 20:4-6]:

    And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great   earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, [and] so great. (Revelation 16:8)

    And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath. (Revelation  16:9)

    And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found. (Revelation 16:20)

    And   there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, [every stone] about  the  weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of  the  hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great. (Revelation 16:21)

    With these passages how can there be a “1000 years” “reign” of peace on the Earth by anyone?  For scripture continues by clearly saying:

    But as the days of Noe [were], so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. (Matthew 24:37)

    For  as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and   drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe   entered into the ark, (Matthew 24:38)

    And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. (Matthew 24:39)

    They  did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in  marriage,  until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood  came, and destroyed them all. (Luke 17:27)

    Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; (Luke 17:28)

    But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed [them] all. (Luke 17:29)

    Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. (Luke 17:30)

    For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destructioncometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. (1 Thessalonains 5:3)

    Satan [represented by the scapegoat, `aza'zel, not a sacrifice for sin, but ultimately responsible for all sin] then, after the Saints are “caught up” “into the air” and the wicked are “brought low” and “slain” [to await their final sentencing in the Second resurrection after the 1000 years], is bound by his surrounding circumstance in the “1000 years” on the desolate Earth, the “wilderness” a “land not inhabited” [see Jeremiah 4:23-29, 25:33], where was once the “fruitful place”, and he is bound and led away, just as Leviticus 16 and Revelation 20:1-3 reveal [for events beforehand compare also Leviticus 16:17 to Revelation 15:8, and also Leviticus 16:20 with Jesus coming out of Heaven to Hebrews 9:28]:

    And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats; one lot for the LORD, and the other lot for the scapegoat. (Leviticus 16:8)

    But  the goat, on which the lot fell to be the scapegoat, shall be   presented alive before the LORD, to make an atonement with him, [and] to   let him go for a scapegoat into the wilderness. (Leviticus 16:10)

    And  when he hath made an end of reconciling the holy [place], and the   tabernacle of the congregation, and the altar, he shall bring the live   goat: (Leviticus 16:20) [compare to…]

    Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. (Revelation 20:1)

    And  Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat, and   confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all   their transgressions in all their sins, putting them upon the head of   the goat, and shall send [him] away by the hand of a fit man into the   wilderness: (Leviticus 16:21)

    And  the goat shall bear upon him all their iniquities unto a land not   inhabited: and he shall let go the goat in the wilderness. (Leviticus 16:22) [compare to…]

    And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, (Revelation 20:2)

    And  cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal  upon  him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand   years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little   season. (Revelation 20:3)

    Since the scriptures reveal that the Saints are not on the Earth during the “1000 years”, and the unrighteous do “not inherit the Kingdom of God” [1 Corinthians 6:9-10], how then can it be taught that the Saints “reign”  over the wicked as some assume?  The scriptures never speak of the  Saints reigning “over” the wicked, but rather the scriptures say that  the Saints shall “reign with Christ Jesus”.  What does this mean?  Let us look at some instances of how the scriptures use the word “reign” here:

    For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) (Romans 5:17)

    Now ye are full, now ye are rich, ye have reigned as kings without us: and I would to God ye did reign, that we also might reign with you. (1 Corinthians 4:8)

    If we suffer, we shall also reign with [him]: if we deny [him], he also will deny us: (2 Timothy 2:12)

    Blessed and holy [is] he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. (Revelation 20:6)

    It is not a 'reign over the wicked' as some have judged.  It is rather a “reign[ing] with Christ Jesus” in life and peace.

    Scripture  says that during the 1000 years, we will be able to look over the  record books and see the judgments of God, and He will be vindicated,  for it is ultimately He that has been on trial, His goodness, His Justice, His Love, Mercy, etc:

    The fear of the LORD [is] clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD [are] true [and] righteous altogether. (Psalms 19:9)

    Thy word [is] true [from] the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments [endureth] for ever. (Psalms 119:160)

    The LORD [is] righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works. (Psalms 145:17)

    God  forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written,  That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome  when thou art judged. (Romans 3:4)

    Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment. (John 7:24)

    And  shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law,  judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law? (Romans 2:27)

    Let  us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather,  that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in [his]  brother's way. (Romans 14:13)

    Therefore  judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring  to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the  counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God. (1 Corinthians 4:5)

    Do  ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world  shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? (1 Corinthians 6:2)

    Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life? (1 Corinthians 6:3)

    And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous [are] thy judgments. (Revelation 16:7)

    For true and righteous  [are] his  judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did  corrupt the  earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of  his servants  at her hand. (Revelation 19:2)

    We will get to look at the righteous judgments of God, for God is JUDGE [Isaiah  3:13, 11:4, 33:22; John 12:48; Acts 10:42, 17:31; Romans 2:16, 3:6; 2  Timothy 4:1,8; Hebrews 10:30, 12:23, 13:4; James 5:9; 1 Peter 4:5;  Revelation 6:10, 19:11], and realize that HE is fair, just, and love in all things.
    Christ Jesus said it will not be like those who “excercise lordship”:

    And  he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over   them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors. (Luke 22:25)

     But  ye [shall] not [be] so: but he that is greatest among you, let him  be  as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve. (Luke 22:26)

    It is interesting to see some additionally teach that there will even be marriages and births during the “1000 years”, but let us see what scripture plainly says; for we know that the “First Resurrection” and the 2nd Advent begin the “1000 years” [1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 20:4-6]:

    For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven. (Matthew 22:30)

    For  when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given  in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven. (Mark 12:25)

    But  they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the  resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage. (Luke 20:35)

    There are some who have suggested and/or taught that Jesus Kingdom will be upon this Earth during the “1000 years”, ruling from an earthly Jerusalem, from and earthly temple, HE has said to them through the scriptures,…My kingdom is not of this world …” [John 18:36;p].  

    The “1000 years”  “reign” will then not be upon this sin polluted Earth.  Christ Jesus has said of the  physical Jewish Israelite Temple, “…your house is left unto you  desolate…” [Matthew 23:38; Luke 13:35;p], and it was destroyed in AD 70 by the Romans under Titus [“the people of the pri
    nce that shall come shall destroy the city”
    ; see Daniel 9:26; Matthew 24:15; Mark 13:14]
    as prophesied by Christ Jesus, “There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.” [see Matthew 24:2; Mark 13:2; Luke 19:44, 21:6].  For the Church itself, and its members, the Body of CHRIST, are the “Holy Temple” of the Living God, “lively stones”, and “pillar” [1 Corinthians 3:16-17, 6:19; 2 Corinthians 6:16; Ephesians 2:21; 2 Thessalonians 2:4; 1 Peter 2:5; Revelation 3:12], Jesus is our “Temple” [John 2:19-20; see also Matthew 26:61, 27:40; Mark 14:58, 15:29] and the “Temple” in Heaven [Exodus 25:9,40; Hebrews 9:23; Revelation 7:15, 11:1-2,19, 14:15,17, 15:5-6,8, 16:1,17, 21:22] and we, as Abraham and the faithful, do not look for an earthly city, but rather an “Heavenly” City, “whose builder an Maker is God”, “New Jerusalem” [Hebrews 11:10,13-14,16,39-40, 12:22; Revelation 3:12, 21:2].  There will indeed be a “reign” “forever and ever” upon Earth, but it shall be the Earth “made new”, which the “meek shall inherit”, after the “1000 years” and the destruction of Satan and all of the wicked.

    For precept [must be] upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, [and] there a little: (Isaiah 28:10)

    Let us ask directly of scripture: “Who shall not inherit and who shall not reign, and what then shall their portion and inheritance be?”

    The heaven shall reveal his iniquity; and the earth shall rise up against him. (Job 20:27)

    The increase of his house shall depart, [and his goods] shall flow away in the day of his wrath. (Job 20:28)

    This [is] the portion of a wicked man from God, and the heritage appointed unto him by God. (Job 20:29)

    For what portion of God [is there] from above? and [what] inheritance of the Almighty from on high? (Job 31:2)

    [Is] not destruction to the wicked? and a strange [punishment] to the workers of iniquity? (Job 31:3)

    The wicked shall be turned into hell, [and] all the nations that forget God. (Psalms 9:17)

    Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: [this shall be] the portion of their cup. (Psalms 11:6)

    Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, (1 Corinthians 6:9)

    Envyings,  murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell  you before, as I have also told [you] in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. (Galatians 5:21)

    It is clear that the wicked shall not “reign”, neither “inherit the Kingdom of God” but their “portion” and “inheritance” is “destruction”, “fire and brimstone”.

    Let us next ask of scripture: “Who then shall inherit and reign?”

    For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth. (Psalms 37:9)

    But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace. (Psalms 37:11)

    Wait on the LORD, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see [it]. (Psalms 37:34)

    For the LORD taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation. (Psalms 149:4)

    Behold, the righteous shall be recompensed in the earth: much more the wicked and the sinner. (Proverbs 11:31)

    He  will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord God will wipe away tears  from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away  from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken [it]. (Isaiah 25:8)

    Blessed [are] the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 5:3)

    Blessed [are] the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. (Matthew 5:5)

    Blessed [are] the pure in heart: for they shall see God. (Matthew 5:8)

    Blessed [are] they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 5:10)

    Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: (Matthew 25:34)

    Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. (2 Peter 3:13)

    Let us ask of scripture, “Shall the Saints enter into Heaven?”:

    Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice. (Psalms 50:5)

    Blessed [are] the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 5:3)

    Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great [is] your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. (Matthew 5:12)

    But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: (Matthew 6:20)

    Let  both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will  say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them  in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn. (Matthew 13:30)

    And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. (Matthew 24:31)

    Then  Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou  lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor,  and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me. (Mark 10:21)

    And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven. (Mark 13:27)

    Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward [is] great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets. (Luke 6:23)

    Now  when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one  thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me. (Luke 18:22)

    And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise. (Luke 23:43) [considering “today”,  there is no punctuation in the Greek Texts, compoare John 20:17.  Especially compare this verse and the word “paradise” to the same in 2 Corinthians 12:4 and Revelation 2:7]

    In my Father's house are many mansions: if [it were] not [so], I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. (John 14:2)

    And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, [there] ye may be also. (John 14:3)

    For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel; (Colossians 1:5)

    Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. (1 Thessalonians 4:17)

    For ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance. (Hebrews 10:34)

    To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, (1 Peter 1:4)

    After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; (Revelation 7:9)

    And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred [and] forty [and] four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth. (Revelation 14:3)

    Let us further ask of scripture, “Do  the Saints await to inherit and reign on this sin polluted Earth, or do  they rather wait to inherit the Earth made new after the “1000 years”  and destruction of the wicked?”

    For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. (Isaiah 65:17)

    For as the  new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before  me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain. (Isaiah 66:22)

    Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. (2 Peter 3:13)

    And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. (Revelation 21:1)

    There are many texts which have already revealed that this sin polluted Earth is to be “brought low”, made desolate and the “trangression thereof shall be heavy upon it” during the 1000 years, but shall this sin polluted Earth also “pass away” afterwards?  Yes, this sin polluted Earth is to “pass away” and be “made new”:

    Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. (Matthew 24:35)

    Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away. (Mark 13:31)

    Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away. (Luke 21:33)

    But the  heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in  store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of  unGodly men. (2 Peter 3:7)

    And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. (Revelation 21:4)

    Let us ask scripture, “How can we know for certain that the Saints will not reign on this sin polluted Earth, but will instead inherit the Earth “made new”?”

    And  whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven  him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be  forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the [world] to come. (Matthew 12:32)

    The passages which speak  of things done during the “Reign on the Earth” [Revelation 5:10], wherein they shall “build houses”, “plant vineyards”, “calves of the  stall” [Malachi 4:2], “wolf also shall dwell with the lamb” [Isaiah 11:6-10] and “feed together” [Isaiah 65:17-25], everyone enjoying the 7th Day “Sabbath” on Earth together and “all flesh” come to worship before HIM [Isaiah 66:23], and there will be “no more death…neither…any more pain” [Revelation 21:4] etc., take place after the “1000 years”, after the 2nd Resurrection [resurrection of the wicked], after Satan, sin and sinners are ultimately dealt with in the “lake of fire” which burns upon the whole earth [Revelation 20:7-15] in the Great White Throne Judgment [Revelation 20:11], and then after  the re-creation of the Heaven and Earth [being “made new”].  We shall have a City Dwelling [New Jerusalem] and our very own country dwellings in the New Earth.

    Consider, that this time is almost upon us…

    Just as the week is 6 Days and the 7th of Rest [Genesis 2:2-3; Exodus 20:8-11, etc], so too is to be the 1000 years, a Sabbath of Rest in Heaven, for the Gospel [Genesis 3:15] has been preached in the world for 6000 years.

    Just  as the Land itself was to be worked for 6 years and the 7th year it was  to be left alone, so too is to be the 1000 years, a Sabbath of Rest in  Heavenly Canaan – The Promised Land. [Exodus 23:10-11]

    Just  as the slaves worked for 6 years, they were to be set free in the 7th  year, so too is it to be in the 1000 years, a Sabbath of Freedom in Heaven.  [Exodus 21:2; Deuteronomy 15:12]

    Just  as Moses waited at the base of the Mountain 6 days, and on the 7th he  was then called up into the Mount, into the clouds, so too shall we be  called upwards at the ending of the 6000 years [Exodus 24:16; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17]

    Just  as Joash was hid in the Temple 6 years, while Athaliah [daughter of  Jezebel] reigned, and in the 7th year he was crowned King and came out  with an army to slay her, so too will Christ Jesus come as KING of Kings  and LORD of Lords and HE shall reign, and slay the wicked at the end of the 6,000 years and beginning of the 7th Millennium. [2 Kings 1:3; 2 Chronicles 22:12]

    Just as Jesus and the three Disciples [Peter, James and John] after 6 days went up the Mountain of Transfiguration, they saw Jesus transfigured before them standing with Moses and Elijah [the Law and the Prophets, the Resurrected Dead and the Translated Living, types of those to be on Earth at the 2nd Advent; Matthew 17, Mark 9; Luke 9; 2 Peter 1:16].

    But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day [is] with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. (2 Peter 3:8)

    This worlds History is almost up…  even by all of the prophecies and events, which we shall continue to consider in Daniel and in Revelation and elsewhere…

    And  they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament;  and  they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever. (Daniel 12:3)

    Question:

    What of the Isaiah 65:20 text?  How can their be sin and death in the New Heaven and New Earth if Isaiah 65 is really speaking about it and not a reign upon this current earth for 1,000 years?

    Answer:

    Let us consider the text [in the context and amidst all of the previous of which we have asked and answered]:

    There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that  hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old;  but the sinner [being] an hundred years old shall be accursed. (Isaiah 65:20)

    This text reveals that the child in the Kingdom of the New Heaven and New Earth shall remain even a child and grow up “as calves of the stall” [Malachi 4:2].  There will initially be infants and children in the New Heaven and New Earth, not from being born, or from giving of birth [for their is neither marriage, nor giving in marriage there; Matthew 22:30; Mark 12:25; Luke 20:35], but rather from the Resurrection unto Eternal Life.  These shall eventually grow up from their small and childhood forms, and grow in understanding from childhood into adulthood, but it shall take even 100 years for the child to finally “die” [that is to say to go from being a child, into adulthood] and become a fully grown man.  This is like back in the days of Adam and Eve, in which mankind lived Great ages, and children were long in coming into stature a

    What then of the portion in the text about the “sinner” being an “hundred years old and “accursed”?  Surely there will not be sinners in the New Heaven and the New Earth will there?

    Nope, not even a little one, even as an abundance of texts have been already given.  What then does it mean?  It is stating that the sinners which have long since perished are eternally accursed, never to rise again, for God hath destroyed death and the grave even forever more, and so those which died in the Second death, from which there is never resurrection, never have Eternal Life, they are forever accursed.

    Even as it is said now by them in Heaven:

    Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: … Matthew 5:19;p

    The sinner never enters Heaven, neither the New Earth with its New Heavens:

    And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither [whatsoever] worketh abomination, or [maketh] a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life. Revelation 21:7

    It is even said of the Special Resurrection to come, just before the Great and First General Resurrection of the Righteous [which begins the 1000 years] at Christ Jesus' Second Advent, there is to be something special of these in which it is said:

    And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some  to everlasting life, and some to shame [and] everlasting contempt. Daniel 12:2

    These sinners which are to die yet again in the Second Death to come after the 1,000 years, they are in their shame and in everlasting contempt, for they turned away from so great a salvation and spurned the Grace of God, even His Love.

    What do you understand the “millennium” to be?

    The word “millennium” simply means, from the Latin, “1,000 years”.  The six passages [as cited] which directly cite such and declare that there is a time frame of 1,000 years, have been given previously:

    “And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, (Revelation 20:2)

    And   cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal   upon  him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. (Revelation 20:3)

    And   I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto    them: and the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness    of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the    beast, neither his image, neither had received [his] mark upon their    foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.     We notice from Revelation 20:5 that the second great resurrection, the resurrection of all of the wicked, is after this 1,000 years that is mentioned.  We know from Revelation 20:6 that the first great resurrection of the Righteous is just before the beginning of the 1,000 years.

    For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the  voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in  Christ shall rise first: 1 Thessalonians 4:16

    We see from Revelation 20:3, that there is to be a fulfilling of this specific [definite] time, for the passage uses the word “fulfilled”.  How shall this specific [definite] period of time be “fulfilled” if it does not actually exist to be so fulfilled?

    We see from Revelation 20:5, that there is duration of time, for the passage uses the word “finished”.  How shall it be “finished” if it had not at some point begun and had duration until such end?  Additionally, how shall the wicked ever be raised for judgment according to the scriptures, if there is not the 1,000 years, for in this same verse, they are not so raised until after this 1,000 years?

    We see from Revelation 20:7, there this specific [definite] time period of 1,000 years is to then be “expired”.  How shall it be so, if it never began and had duration unto its end – to thus be “expired”?

    Additionally, then the words which we pray in our various prayers, “Thy kingdom come. …” [Matthew 6:10; Luke 11:2] is for what purpose if it is 'supposed' to be already 'here' and the 'church' already reigns as Rome and others teach?

    Again, the very word “a-millennialism” is exactly the opposite of what the scripture teaches, which is “the millennium”. The very article “a” before the word “millennium”, means against it, opposed to it, the opposite of, etc. Like “theist” and “a-theist” [atheist], etc. The two are polar opposites.  Must we read from scripture where it clearly says “1,000 years” to now understand in its place “no 1,000 years”?  What total reversal, what refusal of the Word of God, what blindness of those which continue to reject this light, after it has been made known, even plainly, and yet still cling to what one was taught of another.  I pray that none do this.

    The question to be asked in return, “How do they reconcile this, how do they reconcile the Word of God, with the ideology of men?”

    Let us not be stuck with presuppositions, which may be incorrect, but rather go to the Word of God in humility, casting aside what we think we know and believe what He says is, and asking for Him to guide us.

    Did not Jesus say that He was coming “with” “10,000” of His “saints” as in 1 Thessalonians 3:13, 4:14; Jude 1:14, etc reveal?  How then does this reconcile with the presented texts?

    What then of 1 Thessalonians 4:14?

    For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 1 Thessalonians 4:14

    This text is clear, especially in its context [1 Thessalonians 4:13-18], and in the Greek itself.  Jesus is not bringing “them also which sleep in Jesus” at His second coming 'to' the earth at His Second Coming, no indeed.  For this text reveals in context, that “the dead” in Christ Jesus, “them which sleep”, are in their graves, having returned unto dust, awaiting their resurrection “at his appearing”, and so even these in their resurrection at “that day” [2 Timothy 4:8], along with the living saints, shall be “caught up together” [not individually as they die, or in separate groups between divisions of time], and so God shall bring even all these “together” “with him” [Jesus] back into Heaven [3rd; Paradise; where the Throne of God is], having been “caught up” “into the clouds” [many angels sent to gather them], even “into the air”, and so “we shall ever be with the Lord”.

    Nope, not even a little one, even as an abundance of texts have been already given.  What then does it mean?  It is stating that the sinners which have long since perished are eternally accursed, never to rise again, for God hath destroyed death and the grave even forever more, and so those which died in the Second death, from which there is never resurrection, never have Eternal Life, they are forever accursed.

    Even as it is said now by them in Heaven:

    The sinner never enters Heaven, neither the New Earth with its New Heavens:

    And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some  to everlasting life, and some to shame [and] everlasting contempt. Daniel 12:2

    These sinners which are to die yet again in the Second Death to come after the 1,000 years, they are in their shame and in everlasting contempt, for they turned away from so great a salvation and spurned the Grace of God, even His Love.

    There is more to speak about the Special Resurrection, but let this suffice for now, since the question is about the New Heavens and the New Earth.  If any have further questions on this, please ask, thank you.

    Question:

    What do you understand the “millennium” to be?

    The word “millennium” simply means, from the Latin, “1,000 years”.  The six passages [as cited] which directly cite such and declare that there is a time frame of 1,000 years, have been given previously:

    “And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, (Revelation 20:2)

    And   cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal   upon  him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. (Revelation 20:3)

    And   I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto    them: and the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness    of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the    beast, neither his image, neither had received [his] mark upon their    foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.      But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This [is] the first resurrection. (Revelation 20:5)

    We notice from Revelation 20:5 that the second great resurrection, the resurrection of all of the wicked, is after this 1,000 years that is mentioned.  We know from Revelation 20:6 that the first great resurrection of the Righteous is just before the beginning of the 1,000 years.

    We may see this further from:

    For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the  voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in  Christ shall rise first: 1 Thessalonians 4:16

    And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.John 6:39

    We see from Revelation 20:3, that there is to be a fulfilling of this specific [definite] time, for the passage uses the word “fulfilled”.  How shall this specific [definite] period of time be “fulfilled” if it does not actually exist to be so fulfilled?

    We see from Revelation 20:5, that there is duration of time, for the passage uses the word “finished”.  How shall it be “finished” if it had not at some point begun and had duration until such end?  Additionally, how shall the wicked ever be raised for judgment according to the scriptures, if there is not the 1,000 years, for in this same verse, they are not so raised until after this 1,000 years?

    We see from Revelation 20:7, there this specific [definite] time period of 1,000 years is to then be “expired”.  How shall it be so, if it never began and had duration unto its end – to thus be “expired”?

    Additionally, then the words which we pray in our various prayers, “Thy kingdom come. …” [Matthew 6:10; Luke 11:2] is for what purpose if it is 'supposed' to be already 'here' and the 'church' already reigns as Rome and others teach?

    Again, the very word “a-millennialism” is exactly the opposite of what the scripture teaches, which is “the millennium”. The very article “a” before the word “millennium”, means against it, opposed to it, the opposite of, etc. Like “theist” and “a-theist” [atheist], etc. The two are polar opposites.  Must we read from scripture where it clearly says “1,000 years” to now understand in its place “no 1,000 years”?  What total reversal, what refusal of the Word of God, what blindness of those which continue to reject this light, after it has been made known, even plainly, and yet still cling to what one was taught of another.  I pray that none do this.

    The question to be asked in return, “How do they reconcile this, how do they reconcile the Word of God, with the ideology of men?”

    Let us not be stuck with presuppositions, which may be incorrect, but rather go to the Word of God in humility, casting aside what we think we know and believe what He says is, and asking for Him to guide us.

    Question:

    Did not Jesus say that He was coming “with” “10,000” of His “saints” as in 1 Thessalonians 3:13, 4:14; Jude 1:14, etc reveal?  How then does this reconcile with the presented texts?

    Who is coming back with Him? All of the “Holy Angels”, the“clouds of heaven”:

    Exceptions to Holy Angels: Enoch [translated alive without seeing death], Moses [who died/raised by Jesus], Elijah [caught up alive without seeing death] and those special ones [local res. in Jerusalem] who went back with Christ Jesus as Firstfruits of the anti-typical Wave Sheaf [Matthew 27:53; Psalms 68:18; Ephesians 4:8; etc], each one raised with “flesh and bones”, as Christ Jesus when Resurrected and Ascended – the rest are “all of the Holy Angels”.

    What then of 1 Thessalonians 4:14?

    For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 1 Thessalonians 4:14

    This text is clear, especially in its context [1 Thessalonians 4:13-18], and in the Greek itself.  Jesus is not bringing “them also which sleep in Jesus” at His second coming 'to' the earth at His Second Coming, no indeed.  For this text reveals in context, that “the dead” in Christ Jesus, “them which sleep”, are in their graves, having returned unto dust, awaiting their resurrection “at his appearing”, and so even these in their resurrection at “that day” [2 Timothy 4:8], along with the living saints, shall be “caught up together” [not individually as they die, or in separate groups between divisions of time], and so God shall bring even all these “together” “with him” [Jesus] back into Heaven [3rd; Paradise; where the Throne of God is], having been “caught up” “into the clouds” [many angels sent to gather them], even “into the air”, and so “we shall ever be with the Lord”.

    Hi AWHN,

    Wakeup spoke what I was thinking also, not only regarding what your post did not address, but also about the size of your posts.

    I would like to suggest that you group your posts to one subject at a time to cut down on the sheer size of said posts, because some points do require many scriptures as we appreciate, so making more than one point at a time in the same “breath” gets way too bloated and makes answering them a time consuming task, time not all of us have in one sitting.
    Each subject can still lead to the other related subjects you are covering, just please do it in stages so we can address them in their subject groupings as you progress because we are answering from our own understanding and do not have literature at hand to cut & paste because we speak from our own learning and not a pre prepared doctrine like yours as it were.
    Thus we quote what we hold in our hearts and must find each verse “manually” from the bible and then type them out.
    Again, this all takes time.

    The scriptures say Jesus will indeed rule directly from Jerusalem where His throne will be here on earth, He will reign in the restored kingdom of David which He will clean out at His coming, so He will not be ruling from a dirty sinful kingdom, but a clean one…ruling within the greatly expanded borders of His inherited earthly kingdom & at last ruling directly over all the earth, ruling over those outside of the kingdom area ALSO, ruling those surviving heathens with a rod of iron.

    But ONLY the greatly expanded kingdom region will be cleansed, the rest of the world will still be “unclean” until after the 2nd resurrection which comes AFTER the 1000 years.

    GODS PROMISE TO DAVID:

    1 Chronicles 28:5 >And of all my sons, (for The Lord hath given me many sons), he hath chosen Solomon my son to sit upon the throne of the kingdom of The Lord over Israel.

    What!! this throne of what?

    He called it the throne of “The KINGDOM of THE LORD”.
    Meaning, the kingdom of God!!

    Continuing:

    2 Samuel 7:12 >And when thy days be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, I will set up thy seed after thee, which shall proceed out of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom.

    So out of the lineage of David, God will establish a kingdom for David's seed. What seed?
    What kingdom?
    Well, the seed is dual meaning and you should be able to work that out….and that kingdom David was ruling over…where his throne was…well that was in earthly Jerusalem!!
    The same Jerusalem God is promising promises about…that kingdom of David!!

    2 Samuel 7:13 >He shall build an house for My Name, and I will stablish the throne of his kingdom FOREVER.

    This throne, where David's seed will rule, is of course in Jerusalem.
    Note: Jerusalem is on earth not in heaven. (NOT to be confused with the heavenly Jerusalem which comes down AFTER the 1000 year reign, this is speaking of the worldly kingdom)
    And this throne of this kingdom will be set up & established FOREVER.

    Again, notice God is directly promising promises concerning this kingdom David ruled over?
    Not some heavenly kingdom, but a earthly kingdom.
    So we see that that very city of old, in Jerusalem where David ruled, God is promising promises strictly concentrating on that earthly kingdom.

    So where is it today?
    The throne of the kingdom of God in the city of David is still ABSENT today
    Yet God said that this very throne would be set up & established FOREVER.
    So where is it?
    And not forgetting, what of the buildings that cover this area today?
    These builings sitting over these ruins?
    Are there indeed any traces of that old city we can see with our own eyes today?
    YES THERE IS!!
    Archeologists have unearthed by my last look, 25% of the actual house of David that the king of Tyre built for him!!
    That very house where DAVID'S THRONE WAS!!

    Look it up for yourselves, those very ruins of the house of David are being excavated and are there for us all to see TODAY!!

    Which gives new life to this future prophecy:

    Those who understand Gods prophecies concerning the future rebuilding of the city of David in its original form will indeed rejoice when they, like I did, rejoiced at seeing those very ruins being excavated (youtube)…for it is those ruins along with the whole city of David in its original form that will be restored!!
    And we can catch a glimpse today of those soon to be rebuilt ruins and only wonder at how magnificent that city will be, if we can marvel at the mere ruins today, imagine the glory marvelling at the fully restored and completed city during the 1000 year reign!!

    So does God mention anything about restoring those very ruins where David dwelt so long ago?
    Does God mention anything about that house where the throne room was?
    YES HE DOES!!

    Amos 9:11 >In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof, and raise up HIS ruins, and I will build it AS IN THE DAYS OF OLD

    Q: in THAT DAY, what day?
    A: The DAY OF THE LORD, 2nd coming!!

    Q: So what will God raise up?
    A: the tabernacle of David & HIS RUINS!!

    Q: Tabernacle?
    A: dual meaning, but this is one focus: Where David's throne was…David's house (Davids palace the king of Tyre built for him…not the holy temple, but the palace where the throne was)

    Q: in what manner will God style the city layout?
    A: Build it as in the days of old!!

    So the ruins of the tabernacle of David will be RAISED UP….those very ruins we can see for ourselves today!!…they will be RESTORED!!
    And they were in Jerusalem right here on earth!!

    And those ruins were located within an area called, “The kingdom of The Lord”!!

    Where has God promised His Son a throne?

    Well here Jesus is in heaven, He currently sits at His Fathers right hand, and whose throne is Jesus sitting in?….well He is sitting in HIS FATHERS THRONE ROOM!!
    NOT His own throne, but His Fathers!!
    Is that the throne of David?
    Was David's throne in heaven?
    Or was David's throne on earth in Jerusalem?
    Also, David's throne is in ruins, does Jesus sit in a ruined throne room?

    Jesus has not yet come to claim and restore that earthly kingdom yet, nor restore that fallen throne from which He will rule from!!

    What did God tell Jesus?

    “Sit Thou at My right hand until I make Your enemies Your footstool!!

    UNTIL….UNTIL…UNTIL…

    Sitting at Ones right hand does not mean the same as sitting and ruling from Ones OWN throne!!
    But God promised Jesus a throne to rule from, where Jesus will rule them with a rod of iron, but again, God commanded Jesus to wait until His enemies are made His footstool before Jesus can reign from David's throne, Jesus is sitting at Gods right hand ATM, not on the throne of David which BTW was never in heaven!!
    It is only when this current system is destroyed along with her cities and achievements and along with her king (Satan), are taken out of power, will
    Jesus then sit on that throne of David in Jerusalem.

    Or is it here:

    Matthew 13:41 >The Son of man shall send forth His angels, and they shall gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity.

    So Christs kingdom ATM contains “things that offend”!!
    Other words, SIN is present!!
    Is there sin in heaven?
    Of course not…
    Then what other kingdom can this be?
    It can in no way be in heaven where Christ is sitting right now, so where else?….A kingdom that belongs to Christ yet has SIN dwelling in it??

    Well isn't the answer obvious?
    Isn't there only ONE possible answer to WHERE Christs kingdom is that He is coming for where SIN is at the moment present?
    SIN people!!
    SINNERS are only on earth people!!
    NOT in heaven!!

    What, heaven where  the throne is fallen down??
    Excuse me!!
    In heaven where ruins of the tabernacle of David are?
    I don't think so!!

    There IS only ONE answer if you use logic and honesty…
    The kingdom Jesus is coming to restore is HERE on earth, there is no other place it can be…
    Here on earth where His OWN throne will be established, that very same throne David ruled from…that throne IN Jerusalem…where SINNERS are present…
    And what will Christ do to those sinners at His coming?

    AGAIN:

    Matthew 13:41 >The Son of man shall send forth His angels, and they shall gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity.

    Matthew 13:42 >And shall cast them into a furnace of fire, there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

    So we see, Christ CLEANS OUT HIS KINGDOM AT HIS 2nd COMING!!
    And what happens next?

    Matthew 13:43 >THEN shall the righteous shine forth as the sun, IN THE KINGDOM OF THEIR FATHER, Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

    After Christ returns and cleans out His corrupted earthly kingdom, only THEN will the righteous shine forth as the sun…
    And WHERE do they shine from?
    IN THE KINGDOM OF THEIR FATHER!!

    Kingdom of their Father?
    Remember this…

    1 Chronicles 28:5 >And of all my sons, (for The Lord hath given me many sons), he hath chosen Solomon my son to sit upon the throne of the kingdom of The Lord over Israel.

    Sound familiar!!

    Note Zechariah ch14.
    v9 occurring AFTER Christ RETURNS…

    >And The Lord SHALL be king OVER ALL THE EARTH, IN THAT DAY shall there be one Lord, and His Name One.

    So if it is on that day that Christ will be king over all the earth, then it is on that day that His kingdom will be cleansed and restored also.

    Christs disciples knew where Christs kingdom would be…

    Acts 1:6 >When they therefore were come together, they asked of Him, saying, Lord, wilt Thou at this time RESTORE….AGAIN….the KINGDOM to Israel?

    And Christ couldn't have been any clearer on this subject Himself:

    Acts 15:16 >After this I will RETURN, and will BUILD AGAIN the TABERNACLE of DAVID, which is FALLEN DOWN, and I will BUILD AGAIN the RUINS thereof, and I will SET IT UP.

    He will return = 2nd coming
    He will build again the tabernacle of David which God made PROMISES to concerning DAVID'S throne which was on EARTH in Jerusalem!!
    David's throne Which is FALLEN DOWN
    Which Jesus will BUILD AGAIN
    These ruins that He is going to SET UP
    Where He will SIT
    Where His throne of Glory will be
    On EARTH.

    Heaven doesn't have ruins, but earth does, and it is here that Jesus WILL be ruling from until He hands the 1st dominion (kingdom) back to God who will come down to establish the 2nd and final dominion on a NEW earth AFTER the 1000 years & 2nd resurrection.

    An angel is a messenger, and these three angels are more than likely men since it is men who are born again believers who are given the assignment to go and preach the gospel to every creature.  Angelic beings are not given the assigment to preach the gospel.

    He called it the throne of “The KINGDOM of THE LORD”.
    Meaning, the kingdom of God!! …

    Before going any further in response, let us begin with the first comment in reply and move down throughout as necessary, since the questions raised in the original posts were not addressed.

    Scriptures already cited say that God shall lay the whole earth low at His Second Advent.

    The cleansing fire does not happen until after the 1,000 years, even as cited in Revelation 20:9-15, which is clearly after the 2nd resurrection and 1,000 years [Revelation 20:1-8].

    Where in the scenario which you are presenting is this ever done?  Which place in the prophetic timeline is the whole earth ever become desolate, a wasteland, void, and in darkness, all the idols utterly destroyed and without any human life upon it, even as the texts cited reveal [Zephaniah 1:2,3; Isaiah 2:18,19,21, 11:4, 24:1,3,19,20, 34:1,2,3,4,9; Jeremiah 24:23,25,26,27,28,29, 25:33 Daniel 2:34,45; Matthew 13:40, 24:28; Luke 17:37; 2 Thessalonians 1:8, 2:8; Revelation 16:18,20,21, etc]?

    Let us consider this Throne of David, and what the New Testament says of it:

    He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: Luke 1:32

    And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end. Luke 1:33

    Clearly it says that in that reign, even upon the “throne of his father David” [since Jesus is both the root and offspring, even God and man, Revelation 5:5, 22:16], it shall not end in 1,000 years, but shall be even forever and ever.

    How do you reconcile this, since it is clear that there are two reigns, even 1,000 years [a finite time] and even for ever and ever [with out end], and that which happens at the beginning of the 1,000 years there is the great feast of the birds on earth [Matthew 24:28; Luke 17:37]?

    As for the “rod of iron”, it was to totally break them ['heathen'] to pieces [Psalms 2:9 [speaking of their removal and destruction]; Revelation 2:27, 12:5, 19:15], it was for their destruction, not correction even as He is to “dash them to peices”, even as He is the Stone of Daniel [2:34,45], which strikes the feet of Iron and Clay, completely obliterating it from the face of the earth, so that “there was no place found” for them, even as Revelation 20:11 again says.

    Consider the fulfillment of Amos 9:11 spoken of as given in Acts 15:16:

    In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old: Amos 9:11

    After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up: Acts 15:16

    The “Tabernacle of David” is the very Temple/Sanctuary of the Lord [2 Samuel 6:17; etc]>, which Ye are:

    For the Church itself, and its members, the Body of Christ, are the “Holy Temple” of the Living God, “lively stones”, and “pillar” [1 Corinthians 3:16-17, 6:19; 2 Corinthians 6:16; Ephesians 2:21; 2 Thessalonians 2:4; 1 Peter 2:5; Revelation 3:12], Jesus is our “Temple” [John 2:19-20; see also Matthew 26:61, 27:40; Mark 14:58, 15:29] and the “Temple” in Heaven [Exodus 25:9,40; Hebrews 9:23; Revelation 7:15, 11:1-2,19, 14:15,17, 15:5-6,8, 16:1,17, 21:22] and we, as Abraham and the faithful, do not look for an earthly city, but rather an “Heavenly” City, “whose builder an Maker is God”, “New Jerusalem” [Hebrews 11:10,13-14,16,39-40, 12:22; Revelation 3:12, 21:2]

    The other earthly Temple will forever remain “desolate” even as it is no longer His house, but theirs which rejected Him [Matthew 23:38; Luke 13:35]

    All of the promsises that were given to David, Abraham, etc, are to be fulfilled in Christ Jesus alone [2 Corinthians 1:20], as known He is the “seed” [Genesis 3:15; Galatians 3:16, etc], even Israel [Hosea 1:11; Matthew 2:15].

    For all the promises of God in him [are] yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us. 2 Corinthians 1:20

    No one should desire to be on earth for the 1,000 years, for they will be dead, from the plagues, hails, destruction, floods, fires, and the greatest earthquake the world has yet known, even as Revelation 20 reveals [“the rest of the dead”; those which were not resurrected in the First Great resurrection; ie all of the wicked].

    In the scenario you are presenting, you have Christ Jesus coming down and touching this earth, but in 1st Thessalonians, it clearly says we go upward to meet Him “in the air”, and that the Angels themselves gather us.

    Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4:17

    What do you do with this text, and where in the prophetic scenario you present does it take place?  Where do the saints then suddenly drop out of the sky in that same scenario?  Do you ever have the saints etnering into Heaven, as so many texts have revealed [Psalms 50:5; Matthew 5:3,12, 6:20, 13:20, 24:31; Mark 10:21, 13:27; Luke 6:23, 18:22; John 20:17 [2 Corinthians 12:4; Revelation 2:7], 14:2,3; Colossians 1:5; 1 Thessalonians 4:17; Hebrews 10:34; 1 Peter 1:4; Revelation 7:9, 14:3, 19:1]?

    You are on the right track, even as the beginning of Revelation 1-3 speaks of the “angel” of the churches…  indeed the 3 Angels Messages, are given by men[kind], preaching the Everlasting Gospel, but these are special, as they are defined in Revelation 14:12 and elsewhere.

    It was in VISION that john heard the angel saying.
    And John wrote it down for us to know what the angels were saying. So we the readers; of this generation, and previous generations;consider it said. We have been told by those angels through John;who wrote it down on paper,for us,the readers.

    The warning are not only for this generation,but the generations before also.It is not that we will see 3 angels flying in the air,or 3 prophets preaching. no,we are already warned; the readers and the seekers.
