Then Christ must be the Law of Moses for that is the Spiritual food and drink they ate according to Scripture.
Of course we should read the whole sentence and even that might be best to read in context.
Great idea Kerwin. Now read my whole post and in context (i.e., the reply to Nick).

Hi t8,
Christ is the anointed man Jesus.
He died for the ungodly.

Hi and welcome Osnola,
Where does scripture preach your gospel?
Accepting Jesus is a popular idea for salvation but is it scriptural?
Nick, pay close attention to his words.
Anybody that will, by faith alone in Christ alone, accept Christ as Savior can be saved. Rich and Poor alike…
It is true that they can be saved.

There is a God and He has a Son. The Holy Spirit is God’s own Spirit, not another person.
On the point of pre-existence I’m still not sure.

It does not say:
If we say that we do not sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us.
But that is literally what it does say and other translations seem to follow suit.
It also says:
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.…

True that what is logical for man is not always the truth, but I would contend that such is not really logic. e.g., Man thinks he evolved from apes. While many think that is logical, I would contend that it is illogical. Logos is often viewed as an appeal to logic and there are some things that are logical that upon denial demonstrate that a p…[Read more]
