The New Testament shows us clearly that Jesus Christ existed in the form of God and he emptied himself and came in the flesh. If we reject Jesus Christ as the Son of God, firstborn of all creation, messiah, and the Word of God, then we reject the New Testament. That is fine as we have free will to choose to believe or not.
