    Hi Everybody,

I started this thread because of Wakeup's 'hit and run' tactics, which are unacceptable! I want to
discuss [Isaiah 14:19-20] until everybody knows everything there is to possibly know about it.

Isa.14:19-20 But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch,
and as the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword,
that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet.
20: Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed
thy land, and slain thy people: the seed of evildoers shall never be renowned.

These three points of focus “DO” establish the matter:

                       1. cast out of thy grave
                       2. like an abominable branch
                       3. thrust through with a sword

“At the mouth of three witnesses,
shall the matter be established.” (Deut 19:15)

    in Christ, Jesus.

Hi Wakeup, (our discussion began here in the seventh and eighth posts)

Our conversation together started with 'wishy washy' responses
to the question of: is or is not 'Lucifer' the 'son of perdition'.

I believe Isa.14:19-20 proves conclusively that 'Lucifer' is
indeed the 'son of perdition', and seek to prove it to
you and everyone here as well! (1Thess.5:21)

Let's try to keep this discussion on track, OK?   …I
may have to remind you if it starts getting off track.

    God bless

    Hi Wakeup,

The bible says Isaiah 14:11-20 is about Lucifer (MYSTERY BABYLON), do you agree?
“And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT,
THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.” (Rev. 17:5)

           To which you responded…

    Quote (Wakeup @ Mar. 22 2012,04:19)
yes the king of babylon is indeed satan

This is as far as our agreement go has been able to go,
in the next post we will begin to go further. (Heb.6:3)

    Hi Wakeup.

The subject in the bible is [יהוה] YHVH.
Here is what YHVH says in Nahum 1:14:
“I will make thy grave; for thou art vile.”

Here is what Rev 12:9 says

And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called
the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was
cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.”

                             Here is what Jesus said:

John 17:12 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name:
those that thou gavest me I have kept, and NONE of them is lost,
    but the son of perdition
; that the scripture might be fulfilled.

    Hi Wakeup, OK

All the fullness of the Godhead dwelt in [Jesus] bodily. (Col.2:9)
Similarly, we are also a part of the body of Christ. (1Cor. 12:27)

So we may then conclude that all of us, plus the fullness of the Godhead,
    are all part of the whole body of Christ. Did not GOD also create {Lucifer}
and how is Lucifer connected to the body of Christ? Only in death was Lucifer
connected to the body of Christ. The key is found in Isaiah 14:19: thou art cast
    out of thy grave
like an abominable branch, and as the raiment of those that are slain,
thrust through with a sword. Jesus is the only person (so far) whose body was cast out
    of the grave
. His body was also thrust through with a spear. Jesus is furthermore called
    the branch
in Zechariah 3:8. But the significant difference here is these things happened
to Jesus’ body after He was (a corpse)dead; “the body of sin”.

    Hi Nick,

    Romans 8:10-11 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin;
but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of him that
raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ
    from
the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

    Shalom Nick,

Luke 20:9-18 Then began he to speak to the people this parable; A certain man planted a vineyard,
and let it forth to husbandmen, and went into a far country for a long time. And at the season he sent a servant
to the husbandmen, that they should give him of the fruit of the vineyard: but the husbandmen beat him,
and sent him away empty. And again he sent another servant: and they beat him also, and entreated him shamefully,
and sent him away empty. And again he sent a third: and they wounded him also, and cast him out.
Then said the lord of the vineyard, What shall I do? I will send my beloved son: it may be they will reverence him
when they see him. But when the husbandmen saw him, they reasoned among themselves, saying, This is the heir:
come, let us kill him, that the inheritance may be ours. So they cast him out of the vineyard, and killed him.
What therefore shall the lord of the vineyard do unto them? He shall come and destroy these husbandmen,
and shall give the vineyard to others. And when they heard it, they said, God forbid. And he beheld them, and said,
What is this then that is written, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner?
Whosoever shall fall upon that stone shall be broken; but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.

    Hi Ed,
Yes the prophets and the Son of God were shamefully treated.
Now those founded on the cornerstone of Jesus Christ are given the kingdom.

    To All,

Mark 13:6 For many shall come in my name (Jesus), saying, I am; and shall deceive many.
    (Gal 2:20) “i am (who is Lucifer, was) crucified with Christ: nevertheless live;

“The LORD hath given a commandment concerning thee, that no more of thy name (i am) be sown:”
“I will make thy grave; for thou art vile.” (Nahum 1:14)

19But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and as the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet.

Thie ones thrust through with a SWORD do not include the subject.

    Hi Ed,
I suggest that Is 14 is about the Millenium.[Rev 17-20]

Peace and order is breaking out on earth as satan is imprisoned-the beast. All frustration and difficulties for creation cease for that time.

    Hi Nick,

2 Thess 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is
worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
Ezek 28:9 Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee, I am God?
2 Thess 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom The LORD shall consume with
the spirit (Eph.6:16) of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

    Hi Ed,
All of the verses speak of a MAN.
Twice in Ezekiel 28 and once in 2 Thess.2

2 thess tells us his coming is IN ACCORD WITH THE ACTIVITY OF SATAN

So it is not Satan but a man in whom Satan dwells.
    The beast.

    Hi Ed J,

    You imagination amazes me.

This scripture should settle it, but not for you.

     JOHN 17:12
»     12     †     While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.

This speaks of a man, Judas.  Just as Revelation speaks of a man.
Is Ed right and Jesus wrong.

    God Bless
    Marlin
